To all who are saying there is no location: as of 2021 anyway, it is in the lower floor area of Stone Road Mall next to the Dollarama, right down the escalator.It’s a pretty great store overall, and I like how it is laid out, but I wish there were more options for adult costumes and more of a size range. It’s a shame that the location is relatively small or maybe they could facilitate this.

Always a great experience! A little pricey but I find the costumes to last a long time. I have a couple costumes that I've had for years and they have made it through university halloween parties! I went today in Stone Road Mall and came across the perfect costume, Tegan was an angel and answered all my questions and even helped me zip it up! Very friendly and made the experience very fun! Would go back just to say hi again!

Horrible experience! Bought something and within an hour realized we didn’t need it, so we returned to the store and they then told us that their return date only goes to the 21st, that’s fine, but they did not tell us when we purchased it. The lady in front of us waiting for an exchange had picked out an item originally priced $50 on the floor, but one of the managers stated that it was wrongly priced and took the $50 sticker off. The manager was rude to the lady and upon the customer expressing her frustration with the clearly upsetting situation, said “ok well are you gonna get it or no?” in a condescending tone. The customer went through with the purchase, and the manager said in the most disrespectful, condescending and fake voice “have a GREAT day!” Terrible customer service, I am upset for the poor lady that had to be disrespected like this. Lovely place to go if you feel like being looked down on and blatantly disrespected!!!!

Awful, horrible staff and service! Do not support this terrible AMERICAN place which promotes bad business practice, save your money and go to a local store where its literally their job and people care to help you.

It was a nice place full of great things. But just too expensive to make sure you can optimally purchase everything that you would like to make it a great Halloween.

I went in today for a last minute costume. The selection wasn't great but that was to be expected. Where they lost the stars with me was that I used a status card and as soon as I mentioned wanting to use it the tone of the interaction changed. The cashier seemed frustrated with me wanting to use it which just ended up leaving a sour taste about the purchase. This is the first time I have dealt with a store in Guelph seeming to have an issue with me using it. If it is a training issue then that should be addressed, if it is something else...

Overpriced offensive costumes PLUS the store was not following social distancing measures with employees wearing their masks incorrectly. No thank you!I talked to the manager who told me it doesn't matter cause they will be closing up in under a month again anyways! Disguisting! Did some research on the company, found out they are american owned and I guess that explains their disregard for a literal freaking pandemic.I'll make my own costume n decor and be reporting this place to public health! Don't waste your time here. I would give negative stars if I could.

Next Halloween There Move Old Location Underground Stone Road Mall or There Going to Move New Location in Old Quebec Street in University of Guelph or Maybe There Moving New Location Formerly New Sears. It Wait There Going Opening Up Hudson's Bay
