WORKED ON SUPPLY AND ENGINEERING ON CONVEYORS OF A PROJECT IN 2014-2015CONVINCED THEM TO REDESIGN THEIR EQUIPMENT,MADE PROPOSALS AND LOST ORDER TO A COMPETIITOR. THEIRENGINEERING" DEPARTMENT AND CHINESE PURCHASING AGENT TOOK MY IDEAS AND DESIGN TO MY COMPETITOR AND PLACED ORDER WITH THEM. SHOULD HAVE DECLINED TO QUOTE THEM AS THEY ARE TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY.CHEAP

Company does not pay its contractors and vendors and if they pay , it is at least late few months. No work ethics and no respect to term and conditions of the contracts. Do not trust them, they are bait and switch type of organization especially their buyers.....

It is a great company to work for. As part of the Tata group the work ethics and corporate culture is just superb. The colleagues are humane and very much helpful. Although business wise the company is facing some challenges due to external factors like - climate & market but the awesome team always on their toe to face the challenge and conquering one after the other. It makes you are superb professional with arounded skills. It is like working in a start up and same time part of 150 year old giant conglomerate.
