Quite upset that they only serve steak good for 3-4 pax. No steak was suitable for 20 pax, 200g each quota. It’s more suitable for groups as everything came tomahawk kinda size.Service by the guy wasn’t exactly the friendliest either.Ps: I’ve been to Basque Country and I’ve had steaks over there WHICH is not over 1kg in weight so… don’t try to deceive everyone that it is always 1kg and above. It is THEIR limitations in serving the right portion so don’t blame the BASQUE Country.

Exceptional food from starters to the steak and monk fish. Everything speaks of quality including the service. Our waiter explained in detail each cut of meat and only used female beef. Well worth a visit for that special celebration.

Have been there few times, this time is for good. Unbelievable the service was horrendous horrible. I thought the manager could not talk because he avoid all of the possibilities to resolve the complaint I raised. I meant for a £300 bill without a bottle, this price can get into a much better place. This place with an ordinary environment and disgraceful service and attitude. Never will I go there again. We were completely disappointed. Not worth for the money what you paid for, at least I do not pay for the attitude.The manger seems like someone borrowed £1000 from him and yet been payed back with 1000g of bread. Unbelievable. Further, a customer walked pass by, he wouldn't even gave away. I meant although you don't have a sensor at your back don't you lost the minimum human sense? Funny

Excellent service , the team is super caring and looking after you properly! Suggestion were nice , and the team did make it for us the proper experience!Food, the main is the steak is a must and the cheese cake is something spectacular!Wine options by the glass quiet limited but overall experience was amazing I would definitely come back!Thank you to the beautiful waitress from Barcelona/Ecuador she did make our night unforgettable

We booked for the Sunday roast. We arrive to the place and we asked to have a look a la carte menu; when the waiter that was on service came back to ask us what we were going to choose for our lunch he started to laugh, cause we chose the Sunday roast, he laughed cause he was thinking that we couldn’t afford to pay for a la carte menu. The service was ridiculous, this guy was taking complaint from another 2 tables near to us, he didn’t care at all. First course arrive, the wine (bottle of 47 pounds ) arrive when we almost finish the food. The salad as you can see in my picture was 50% raisin, 50% all the rest. The was 1 walnut. Arrive the 2nd course, for me that I work as chef for about 12 years now I can tell you that what you call fish from Cornwall is the same the they use in the fish and chips around London, that size of cod and caratteristiche of the skin, make it clear.Meat was cold, I send it back, and the genius of the chef put all plate in the oven, my pudding was a tarte, crunchy not softy anymore. Third course? We neve received, 25 minutes waiting and we were unable to find staff around for 20 minutes. I had to stand up for ask the bill. We remove service charge and we ask to change the courses that we ordered as we never received dessert. Finally we spoke with someone that asked how the lunch was and we were able to give an explanation, an Italiano guy Alessandro that he apologised at least 100 times for how the service went, the guy know what is doing we were just unlucky that we have been served for a waiter that do not have any idea what he is doing. Probably the worst experience in London.

High quality ingredients make for delicious food. Simple fare but executed perfectly. Only gripe is cost, you pay for the weight of the bone in the steaks.....bit unfair I reckon but that's maybe to be expected.
