The service is as any typical russian store, horrible. I had come in, took all I needed and went straight to the cash. The cashier looked at me and continued doing what she was doing. When another customer came in, the cashier had served them the meat cuts they desired, brought them to the cash, moved me away and charged these customers first. I had waited ten minutes to pay for four things. Doesn’t make sense. AND I speak russian.

Bought cheese, got mold, upon trying to exchange for non moldy one, they weighted more cheese, and ended up paying double of what I wanted. Also, triple check the expiration on all the candy boxes, picked up the first one and it was expired.

To be honest I have been going there for years, so I thought they deserved a review. I lived in Russia as a child and their products bring me back to those days. I always go with my family. This seems to be a family business, which I love. Their charcuterie is amazing, so many selections in cheese and candies. They didn't have enough of the sausages and the owner (i think) took the time to go bring me a new box, even though I only wanted one extra. Shows integrity. Best of all, good prices, truly amazing people and food.

The store is located in a good place, but a little hard to find. The staff is friendly, but variety of products leaves to be desired. The store is small overall and expensive. You can buy some frozen food, cooked meats and fish, smoked fish, cheese etc. Dropping two stars for the pricing, and for the variety of choice. Hope the administration will re-consider

unfortunately very often the merchandise is not fresh since the expiration date is far in the past. looks like it is a typical thing. I bought some salty fish and it I just simply thrown it out as it was old and smelling, old chocolates are mixed with fresh ones. not recommended.

Good Eastern European products variety in the store,They do have Homemade pierogies and pelmenis !Perhaps regarding their homemade salads, the expiration dates were missing on the containers.The young cashier was polite and helpful but on the phone while serving us, not professional.
