Adam is an amazing locksmith. The local dealer sent me to him to get a new car key. He was amazing couldn't say enough about him.

After having my ignition fail on me for the second time, Adam was able to meet with me within a day of initial contact and had my vehicle fixed within 2 hours. He showed punctuation, transparency, and professionalism. I will be recommending him if the situation arises in the future!

Our trusty Ska and Reggae Festival van 'Gussy' was giving us lots of trouble with the ignition key. I didn't know who to call, a mechanic, a locksmith? A friend recommended Arcadia and they were amazing.Not only did Arcadia come and do a site visit to fix the van in our parking lot, they had the ignition parts we needed in stock. They were also able to cut new keys to the original factory specs and they work so much better than the ones we used before.When we had another scare months later, they made an emergency same day visit to get us back on the road. I Can't recommend them enough.

Adam found an aftermarket car fob that was less than half the cost from the dealership. Very fast, friendly, would definitely use again.

I bought my vehicle used and it did not come with remotes, and one of the keys provided does not work all the time. Adam found a compatible remote, came to my apartment, cut and programmed a new key, and programmed the remote. Now I can unlock the hatch and passenger door without having to go to the driver's door and I have a working spare key! I'm very happy with the service and I'd recommend Adam to anyone with a lock or key problem.

He finally got here programmed the keys bought specific to my vehicle and it worked great .done in 15 minutes as I had my original as well .ty so much for your expertise in this matter ..much appreciated

The only lock & key that I could find to replace a fiat fob (other than the fiat dealer which would have been much more expensive). Good communication, easy to schedule, and really quick service. The new fob was ready in under 30 mins, and the fact that they were able to come to the car is a big bonus. Highly recommend!

Wow, so nice to have such an excellent locksmith like Adam and Arcadia. I've benefited from Adam's fantastic expert and affordable work on two occasions now. I bought a new-to-me used car that only came with one key but no remotes. I quickly discovered how shockingly high the dealerships charge to buy a new remote and how some locksmiths aren't licenced to sell and program them. I eventually found Arcadia and Adam was super responsive, friendly and helpful and his price were considerably less than the dealerships. I had thought I'd save some more money by buying an after market back-up remote but it wasn't compatible but Adam sold me one he had at an excellent price, which I really appreciated as I was stuck. I recently wanted to get a back up copy of my actual only key made but I didn't think Arcadia, being a mobile service, could also cut specialty car keys that have the built-in security chip in the plastic piece as well so I tried to get it done at a reputable" locksmith chain of stores in town.
