On The Spot! Carpet Cleaning Specialists

We had our stairs and sectional cleaned on May 11th and were very happy with the service!! They also took a runner and an area rug back to the shop for cleaning and I was told it would be returned the following week. No problem! Today its May 27 (over 2 weeks later) so I called to inquire. Maybe their system was down because reception took the inv # and said she would call me back on status. When she did call, she said delivery will be Monday. Again, fine - but i was annoyed that there was no explanation, no apology for delay and I doubt i would have received a phone call to indicate they were dropping it off on Monday at 9 after the time I called (Friday at 1pm). Based on the other work that was done, I'm sure the area rugs will look great. Communication not so great.

This team of carpet cleaners are the best. They have done my carpets many times and they are truly professional and always do a great job. Todd and Dan are the owners and both of them take each and every job to make you happy.

I wish I had taken before and after photos but sadly I did not. On the Spot worked absolute miracles with some off-white coloured dining room chairs I picked up second hand that had seen far better days. They were able to remove all trace of any staining, including a very stubborn red wine stain. The chairs came back to me looking like new and the service was very fast and extremely reasonably priced. I have also had carpet cleaning done by the On the Spot (to remove pet damage) and it was a similar experience. Will continue to use these guys for all of my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs.

All I can say is WOW! Dan and his team have the skills to work with high end material, willingness to fix mistakes of others, reliability to return until the job is done right (6 times so far) and an excellent customer service. It’s refreshing to come across an owner operator who cares about his business and customers as Dan does. Top ratings!

Dan and his team have been life savers! Our sofas were completely stained and ruined by another company and they came in to clean them. They knew exactly the problem, you could tell their experience and knowledge was exceptional. High end furniture requires only the best in business!

Our dog became ill and blood was on our carpet. They came the next morning, took care of our carpets like nothing happened. They followed up to see how our dog was and when we told them we had to put him down, a week later a card came to us. Incredible attention to customers! Thanks

First time using On the Spot. All broadloom and carpets looked like new, after withstanding a renovation and 10 years of use. Todd was very thorough making sure all piping and nook and cranny of the furniture was spotless. The On the Spot cleaner actually removed a wine stain on my curtain which i had tried to remove many times in the past. Would definitely recommend On the Spot.

My wife and I are not happy with the result, of the rug cleaning or the grout cleaning that was done. We had 3 bedroom carpets , 2 sets of stairs, a hall way and a rec room carpet steam cleaned.They sprayed all the carpets with a degreaser , and went over all the carpets with their steam cleaner in approx. 90 minutes. total.There were 2 traffic areas on 2 doorways that never got cleaned . The next day they came and did the grout in the kitchen and hall. Again it was done again as fast as they could and when it dried, their were areas that didnt come clean as they said it would. I cleaned the grout in our small bathroom and did a better job that they did.I had also sent back with them a 10 by 8 area rug to get cleaned ,which I would pick up. after getting the carpet back, i layed it out in our new condo, only to see that there hair and lint all over the carpet and looked like it was never vacumed. if that carpet was cleaned properly, there wouldnt be anything on it.we spent just under 1000 dollars, and I would never use there service again. I could have cleaned these carpets better myself.When I asked that if I was not happy with the results, would they come fix the areas that i wasnt happy with , I was told no . they were in too much of a hurry each time and their work showed it.think twice before they come take your money too and not do a good job.
