We went to Costco on Sunday, Oct 16th. My husband wanted to change his phone with cooperate plan and Dennis was above and beyond to take care of the plan to make sure he can get us the best deal & make sure everything is correct as requested. It took quite a while due to some code issue at Rogers but he kept smiling and offered us to seat and make sure everything went smoothly. It was very delightful experience and will definitely recommend him to others! Thank you Dennis !!

Dennis is one of the best sales people I've ever come across. Got 2 new phones & a bunch of swag ! He knows phones, listens to your wants & needs, patient, friendly & kind. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Go see Jeff. Down to earth and honest.Costco wireless has the best phone deals, especially during Black Friday and Boxing Day. I would highly recommend checking the plans out here, lots of fantastic incentives! I will definitely renew my contract in 2 years, most likely through this location.

I was next in line and instructed to return to the kiosk to wait. The young lady served the same customer for over an hour. Poor service as you should provide a time estimate and not have one customer monopolize service for others.

Worst experience with Dennis. He refused to return the phone and wanted to return it because of his worst customer service. He said “don’t waste my time” when he actually wasted mine.

Service was great: friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Except, I had to come back as safe wouldn't open the initial day I went to purchase my phone. I got no extra compensation for having to make a return trip.

Dissapointing purchase experience. Wasted 1.5 hours of my time in store standing around. Staff are not trained on how to properly do inter-store product transfers. When asked to speak to Management, front line staff serve as gatekeepers. After purchase customer service isn't genuinely interested in resolving issues. Use this provider if the Costco incentive is exceptionnaly good and only if the phone is in stock.
