Clean shop. Nice people cutting hair.Shop is dated and like a blast from the past. In a wrought area now.A bit shocked the prices but feel more for the staff and the corporate greedy manager raking in the $$.I’d go back for the service but not for the prices.

I have been almost everywhere on Petawawa / Pembroke and this was honestly one of the best cuts I have received. No one else knew how to actually trim a fringe. They have the experience here. Really impressed with the skill level I saw.

Extremely rude and unhelpful person greeted me. All I wanted was a ballpark wait time for my haircut and couldn’t even get that. Left and will go elsewhere from now on.

Teen daughter went to get her hair cut, and wound up coming home in tears. Gave the hair dresser explicit instructions on what she wanted including a photo, and she might as well have buzzed her head. Hair dresser was apparently very nice and such, but not competent at her job.Not recommended, and not our first choice by a long shot. Disappointing.

Went there for a haircut. Felt like they were rushing too much to get rid of me. I have never been to a place where they rush this much to cut someone's hair. Had unevenness in hair, mentioned that. The hair artist just took the trimmer and went on to trim a completely different spot lol. Had a much better experience with first choice previously in other cities. I would definitely have to think twice before going to this place, at least for a haircut.

I have curly hair... I asked for a trim and the incompetent hair dresser cut off 6 inches.... I would not recommend or ever go back

Showed up at 430, employee was extremely rude and refused to take anyone else.Edit:Big mistake, went back for a haircut. She butchered my hair, didn't listen to instructions, and honestly doesn't know how to blend, taper, or thin. Basically--incompetent staff and rude about it. The district or regional manager needs to wake up and audit this place.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Trainee was good and trainer (Daniella) was too good and very polite and friendly. Bit over priced but at least l got my hair cut done with 15 minutes of notice. Place was very clean.They need to work on repricing.
