It is one of the best bike shops in Plateau and also in Montreal. In October 2019, I had to repair my bike for the gear system of front wheel. I tried four shops where i was quoted 50$ plus handling charges. I tried Vélodidacte as per my friends suggestion. They did it for 12$ including everything. The point I want to mention is that the personnel took an extra effort to replace the parts from the left over functioning parts which brought down the price. they could have just installed a new one but they took an extra initiative to accommodate my request. The personnel are very professional, helpful and efficient. It is rare to find someone these days whose objective is not to exploit the customer by charging as much as they can. Such a great bike shop right in the heart of the Plateau. The staff is super nice and they have really fast turnaround time. The prices for repairs are also very reasonable. Sometimes I have trouble going into bike shops as a woman but everyone here is so friendly and welcoming, no trouble at all

I've had some trouble going to mechanics as a women but didn't find any here! Really lovely, transparent, and patient staff. I got a tune up and a few other fixes and had an amazing experience with them. Highly recommend!

Probably one of the best bike shops in Montreal ! Came in with broken breaks and was fixed within a couple hours. Very fair prices and the work they do is high quality !! Super friendly staff AND they also make good coffee. I don’t know what else you could ask for.

I am very pleased with this shop, i contacted them via email a few weeks back regarding a rare kona fork that i was looking for, they managed to track one down for me and gave me a discount on it as well. I also bought a pair of panaracer tires from them since it was $10 cheaper than the usual bikeshop i go to. Great location too.

I have an old bike. The type that doesn't worth the annual tune-up. In two years it's the second time I'm coming for small problems. Today I came for a flat tire and within 10 minutes the problem was fixed, the inner tube was replaced and I was on my way. 15 dollars, tax included.
