Gurjit tells it like it is. Honest work at a great price. Needed a new coin washer and dryer and repair on my current washer. All done within two days. Never going anywhere else.

Very bad Customer service as well as very bad response time. Owner does not keep to his promises. All these other 5 star reviews are likely fake ones by owner. Google should investigate these guys for putting up fake reviews. Owner should focus on providing better service to customers rather than putting up fake reviews on google. Stay away from this shop and find some other appliance shop around Surrey if you need better value for your money !

STAY AWAY from buying anything at this shop. Owner (Gurjit) does not keep to his words.Owner did a sale to me and was giving me promises that if I am not satisfied with the product then I can return it and he will refund all the money. But after the sale, as soon as I found out that product isn't working for me, I tried calling gurjit to tell about the problem and have a return. Gurjit's phone (same as listed in google) is rarely reachable and voice mailbox is always full. After trying over phone many times, I went to the shop within days to do return of my sale. Lady named Baljit who is most of time in shop told me that she can't do return and will first talk to gurjit about it and call me back. I kept waiting for their call for whole week, no call back. I went to shop again 2-3 times but all in vain. Gurjit was never to be found in shop, and lady Baljit always kept promising she will call back and even said she will return the money at my home. These guys made more than 1 month pass like this. And then one day when I was able to reach gurjit on his phone, he spoke so rude and said we can't do returns after 1 month. I was like REALLY, who wasted my time for all this ONE MONTH. Both Stupid fellows Gurjit & Baljit wasted a lot of my time in this. Instead, if they could have told me upfront that the sale is a final sale - I would not have tried going back and wasted my time with these Rude people.Very RUDE customer service, AVOID this shop for any purchase as they don't keep to their words. Such a frustrating experience, I won't recommend this shop to anyone !!

Needed a part for my stove, Gurgit was so helpful and spent a good time to looking to the used part in his inventory. After no avail he gave me another shops number who should have it. I had been to many shops on this day and Gurgit was extreamly helpful.He even let me take a similar part to try and if it worked I juat would have to come back and pay for the part, who does that nowadays.I am also looking for a fridge for rental property, definitely buying one of his next week.
