The lady was very friendly and knowledgeable when I call in. Made quick arrangements to come and deal with the problem. I was very please at the professionalism. She wore a mask and gloves, informed me of what needed to be done. Then went to work right away.

Excellent responsive services and follow up. Even on a busy weekend Bobbie replied and came the next day. We had mice and did not know what to do. She took time to assess the problem, provided traps and professional advice. We were and are very pleased and highly recommend Premier.

Extremely helpful, honest and thorough. Always available even for advice. They treat you as their priority, even tho everyone is their priority. They're extremely knowledgeable about the pests and their behaviours, along with the best kind of treatments. My first choice hands down!

I would love to actually give a good rating to this company. Normally I wouldn't even bother with a review in a situation like this, but the company's messaging vs. their behaviour really bugs me (ha, excuse the pun). According to my cell phone records I phoned them honed them 5 times and left 2 voice mail messages. No one every physically answered the phone, and no one ever returned any of my calls. How utterly disappointing. Given that sort of behaviour, an extremely low-level of customer service, I wouldn't trust any of the work coming out of this business.

Premier Pest Management came recommended from a friend that used them. I had them come to a rental that had bedbugs and cockroaches. They treated the place safely and explained everything as she went though. Really helpful and I highly recommend them.

We had Bobbie over to do a site inspection for mice. Incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. Definitely put our minds at ease. After going through endless phone trees waiting for (unreturned) call-backs from other pest management companies, Premier was a breath of fresh air ... prompt responses -- even by text message. Highly recommended.
