Terrible customer service. They refused to refund or replace a defective pet toy. Have been coming to store for the past 2 years and never returned any stuff. First time we wanted to return a defective pet toy and it was refused. This store even refused to honour their own return policy. Don’t recommend buying anything from this store.

I’ve been here 3 times this week alone and gotten the best service ever. They invite you in right away and help find exactly what you need. They are so knowledgeable about the animals and made my new puppy feel comfortable. The products are healthy and it’s nice to get locally made things for my dog! This is my pet store from now on!

I just found out my senior cat has diabetes so I went to Global Oets in search of a pet food that would help support both my cats' health. I spoke with Maureen who was unbelievably knowledgeable regarding the ingredients in all the pet food within the cat food section. She was also very helpful in offering advice regarding which food I should by that would support both my diabetic cat's diet, as well as my overweight cat's diet. We brainstormed a couple of ways to help both my cats finally settling on raw food as the best possible option for my cats. Maureen was really helpful in providing me with pet food suggestions that were economically sustainable. I ultimately decided to feed my cats raw food. Ive always listened to veteranians when it came to my cat food choices. However, theyve often steered me in the wrong direction because they've recommended cat foods from companies that have provided them with incentives to sell their products. Maureen was such an amazing salesperson. I'm so happy I wondered into this specific Global Pets today!

I have been coming to this store For about a year to get food for my first cat. The store associates have been always so helpful; Even more now with my 2nd cat who has developed food allergies/sensitivity out of nowhere. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am of the staff who has actively listened to me when I needed guidance with the food options. I have completely felt so well supported by the team. And not only that every time I am here- which is often- I am greeted with a very warm hello. Also every time I have been at this store the staff goes out pf their way to help me.They have quality food for cats& dogs but they also have great selection And plenty of other necessities for pets.I am convinced that the staff truly loves animals by how much effort they put into their work. I am not exaggerating. I am only sharing my personal experience with them and it hasn’t been a “fluke” because when I am not working or sleeping I am at this store.Having a pet who has food allergies is not easy or cheap but this whole journey of me finding something that my cat likes without impacting his health has been a lot easier with them. They are very knowledgeable, respectful, resourceful, professional, patient and genuinely kind.I hate returning stuff but I do not control my cats likes ( I wish haha). However the staff always remind me that when an opened bag is returned, it is donated to different shelters. Just them assuring me of this makes a loyal customer of theirs.You can find cheaper food elsewhere but they might not be good quality as you would find in this store. Also the level that pf customer service skills this team has cannot be easily found. It makes my money’s worth.The same feedback applies to the store at Weston and Hwy 7.They’re so amazing. I came into this store looking for a type of dog food that they, unfortunately, did not have in stock. Even though my product was not in store, the staff were super helpful and did everything in their power including internet searches and offering to special order the product in for me. I am very pleased with the customer service I got at this location and will most definitely keep them in mind for future needs.

They always have so many great options here for my cats and for the cats I feed at work as well. The staff are actually incredibly knowledge when you go in if you have a pet with a sensitive tummy or allergies etc. I've found they always know quite a bit about the individual brands and what's best for digestion, weight control etc. They are always friendly when I go in and I have zero complaints!

I love coming to this store to buy toys or food for my cat - or even just to browse. The staff here are all super friendly and you can tell they are animal lovers themselves. They show genuine interest in you as a person (not just as a customer) and your pets. High quality foods, toys and litter sold here and the prices are reasonable. The variety here is amazing and I love that they are always bringing in new things making a unique shopping experience every time you visit. Staff also help bring large or heavy items for to your car. I used to buy things from all over the place (toys, litter, dry food, wet food) but I am glad to have found a one-stop shop for my pet needs!

Friendly and helpful staff, clean well stocked store. At checkout I was asked if I required a bag when I started no the clerk informed me that since I did not require a bag I would receive a free can of wet food for my pet. Nice perk/treat for our pet.
