Who closes their offices at 5pm for holiday hours, well before the holidays? Ridiculous.

Alyssa Jarvis listed a house in our neighborhood. She has plagued all home owners with 3 doorbell soliciting attempts including this morning. When contacted by phone this afternoon to express our displeasure she was rude, and lied that no one had rang our doorbell. I clearly indicated I wished no further contact with her. If she persists she will be charged with harassment.When calling to express my displeasure the office receptionist indicated she was alone, and no broker could speak to me. Left me on hold...3 times and then spoke so unclearly she had to spell out the owner /brokers e-mail address so I could formally register my displeasure.What a group of professionals.

Alyssa Jarvis promised to give $200.00 for the cost of the paint for my daughter house and recently she is not returning my phone call and not responding to my e-mail.Also her manager called me and said to me Alyssa will give me the $200.00 that was more than 3 weeks agoShe is the worst real estate agent I ever meet. Knowledge about selling the house equal to zero.She is not reliable and never ever want to deal with her again .Looks like it she is harassing people just to get the listings and I have received several phone call from her to sell my condo with her. She is not suitable for as a real estate agent position .Not only her attitude but her knowledge is zero.

BEWARE !Do not go with waheed sharifi as your agent, this guys useless, he doesnt do his research before taking you to showings, will push his own listed condos onto you to buy off of him non stop even when you have told him multiple times NO. Very impatient at showings and won't even bother showing you the amenities, unprofessional and racist towards asians

Worked as a receptionist for years. Heard only wonderful things from clients who came into the office working with the agents there. Very friendly and professional.
