We recently worked with Van Leeuwen Realty Group for a sale and purchase of a home, for our growing family. The team itself was incredible with communication. However this review is mostly about our agent Trevor Pohl.Trevor has extensive, industry knowledge, combined with a trustworthy and caring demeanor. You will always feel like a priority when Trevor is your agent. Navigating through this market can be tough. I highly recommend Trevor and the Van Leeuwen team to help anyone do so.

When applying for rental property they do not respond back to you even after they ask you well. This one isn't available but how about that 1 and then? You have to Chase them down so they're reliability and accountability is a 0. So now you give excuses even though it was exactly 20 minutes after you message me about the upper apartment. I mean that's the thing that's why you guys get 0 for reliability and accountability the whole getting back to people when you contact them and say well. How about this one means you are asking them about that apartment for them not? We have somebody else so it's no big deal. Again you make up excuses and you're not reliable nor accountable.

My husband and I were introduced to Jerry and his team through word of mouth, and we are so grateful for the recommendation! Jerry has made himself available for us to see numerous properties and was always extremely patient with our multitude of questions throughout the entire process. We are so happy to say that we finalized the purchase of our new home in February 2023 and couldn't have done it without Jerry's assistance! My wife and I first met Graham Little in 2021. He was door knocking in our former neighborhood. Inquiring to see if we might be interested in selling. We were, we had been considering it. But thought that we may wait a year or more. We had reached out to Graham again. He was happy to show us first a property in Hespler. Then discussed a strategy for selling our home...Nearly a year later after selling that house. We had relocated to a home that was slightly larger, fully updated. But intended to be a stepping stone for our large family.We had used a realtor, we used from previous deals. But we were ready for a change. After being in that house for only a few months. My wife attended an open house, around the corner from that home. A large beautiful house, with as many bedrooms as we would ever need. With room for our large family for years to come. But of course, because we had just purchased the home we were in. We assumed it was not a feasibly. We assumed the timing was just not right for us. But the house my wife had visited ( and I had viewed virtually via a website). It just would not leave our minds.Finally we again reached out to yet again Graham. He made a viewing appointment. We all viewed it together. Then the wheels started to really turn... He gave us a realistic, nothing is impossible and honest point of view. He asked if he were able to. While in contact with the sellers agent. Discover a ideal price point to make an offer. While aligning selling our house for a number which would make the entire deal work. If he could make this happen. Would we be willing. I felt this maybe to much of a challenge. But he totally pulled it all together. Timing, pricing and many other hurdles. That house sold. The stars all aligned. And as I write this. We are currently sitting in what is our dream home. Thank you Graham for your hard and honest work. Always being available to us.
