Horrible company. They scheduled to hook up the refrigerant lines for a heat pump. I double checked on the phone that they do this. I cancelled with other providers and waited weeks for the install date. The day of service no one showed up. Had to call them only to find out they decided not to come and do the work because they “don’t do that.” Stay away from these guys.

I had a great experience here. I was deciding between propane or wood for my new home and they really took the time to go over all of my options. Great selection of stoves and knowledgeable staff. I decided to go with wood and I am extremely happy. The install was quick and easy. I fired up the stove for the first time today and everything is working as it should. I would definitely recommend Original Heat & Gas!

Terrible Customer Service. I went in and booked an appointment back in November 2021. No response, I called in Dec 2021 and finally got a call from a young lady booking a site visit for Troy to come on Dec 27th. No one showed up and no call to reschedule! I again went in on March 21 and explained what happened earlier and the lady booked me for a site visit on Wednesday! It is now April 4th and no one has even bothered to contact me! I did try calling but the voice mail was full. So much for supporting local business.

We just bought a wood fireplace from Original Heat & Gas. Troy has AMAZING customer service and is extremely knowledgeable. He spent time explaining everything that could possibly be needed to ensure my boyfriend and his father could install the fireplace without issue. We would recommend this business to anyone, and will be return customers.
