Excellent customer service from start to end; all the people we were in contact with were prompt and professional. We hosted three birthday parties in the same day and the bouncy castle was the show - kids of all ages had an amazing time :) set-up and take down was a breeze, Rey was great!

Jim is an excellent guy. We had some miscommunication regarding date but he delivered without much chaos. He also arranged a Juggler (who was super entertaining and fun guy)without charging us for that( he really didn't need to do that, it was a super sweet gesture). Bouncy castle was clean and well maintained. Kids loved it. We will recommend it to everyone and will be hiring him for any parties in future. thank you for making our daughters 6 years special. she loved it and all our guests too. Jim's Bouncy Castle is the best.:)

Very responsive and provide a simple booking and payment system. They upgraded our order free of charge ahead of time when there was an issue with the castle. Delivery and setup was on time and performed in a very friendly and professional manner.

Jim replies and answers all my questions promptly. All the transactions are done online and I didn't encounter any problems.
