Terrible experience. Do not rent here unless you want to spend tons of money on repairs. My partner rented a machine with Iron Mountain and the machine was faulty since day one. They sent the mechanic" to take a look at it

I've been dealing with Kerry and Mike on a residential site for the last year. Everything from Mini Ex, Bobcat, heat, compaction, etc. Delivery is always fast equipment is very good. Kerry and Mike are great to deal with.

Rented a brand new excavator from them, only 140 hours on it. Non stop issues with it. Kept sending out a mechanic but I needed the machine right away. Weather turned and couldn't get the job done. Still got charged almost full amount, have never rented anything from them again. Much better places to rent from.

I've rented from Iron Mountain more than a few times, and each time they are easy to deal with. They make sure you get exactly the equipment you need for the application. I went in looking for a water tank, pump and generator, and they suggested renting the mobile water trailer which was cheaper - love these guys. Just used the water trailer for a week straight and it worked perfectly. These guys are the #1 place to rent from.
