Small store but Amazing stuff and great customer service. Supervisor is really nice help mea lot to shop for back to school. I really recommend going to store when they have extremely helpful staff and cooperate alot with kids.

I went in Polo store and waiting in line for cashout and seen an old lady looks like she is some sort of manager was behaving rudely with a service worker fixing something at cashier line and telling him to stop and go back. The guy just got surprisingly checking what to do as she keeps talking and talking. I have visited polo locations across ontario but bad experience this location. Polo Ralph Lauren need to train their staff to behave nicely with other service workers or labourers and respect their job.

Faizan the general manager does not deserve his position. He's extremely rude and unprofessional. He needs to back to school and learn how to provide customer service, or how to interact with another human being for starter. I witness him interacting with his Co worker, completely demeaning, and disrespectful.

I always find a good deals for my toddler love the polo bear it’s super cute even my little one looks at it and smile ..their coupon is useful whenever I get their email /coupon I always try to go and shop lol

There was no hesitation to offer discounts and the staff surprisingly very friendly. Needs some work on the cleanliness, but they were trying so not their really the customers.

Extremely obliging, helpful and friendly staff make this branch a pleasure to visit. Stock levels of sizes can be a bit hit and miss which is a shame but some excellent value to be had if you take your time to look around.

I am only in Canada for a week, however I have visited the Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet three times already! The service is at a very high standard with helpful staff around the shop. Staff are also very welcoming and smiley. Prices vary depending on the clothing item, however you can get 15% off the total just by signing up! Thank you to the lovely cashier Alessia for making my day
