Run Away....I would never recommend this company.Called on Dec 10th to cancel service. I was told that because of the billing dates I would receive 1 more bill. Got a bill with billing period Dec 19 - Jan 18th and paid that bill. Just received another bill for Jan 19th - Feb 18th and was told I was responsible for that bill as well. Terrible Service. Giving a zero star rating.

We had an assessment done in the early part of spring and to say we were very pleased . Had the security system installed and is working fine.

once they collected their money from me on install their service and effort dropped off to zero. dissappointing from a company that used to be very involved in the community, i guess thats what change of ownership does to a small-local business.i had faulty sensors and charged $300 to swap out something that took 5min and could have been done myself without a service technician coming out. Such a scam for them to be deceitful like thisDO NOT RECCOMMEND

They tried to repair my system more than once and it still doesn't work. What I have paid in repair bills is near criminal. So who's the Thieves?

My family with the company for over 15 years. For several years whenever we tried to set the security system it wouldn’t work. So we called asking for them to send someone in to fix it but they kept insisting on all these quick fixes (cleaning, replacing batteries, etc) which did not work either. So we gave them an ultimatum that either they send someone over to look at the security system or we’ll end our contract, they said “well I guess you’ll have to cancel it then.” Extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t understand how you can run a business that doesn’t want business.

Been a customer for 12 years. System works good, but sluggish and worst customer care and sales service, Helen never responds to your calls. I will never recommend anybody. Planning to move away from brigadier services. No stars.

I wish I read the reviews before going with this company for security. If I didn’t have to give a star I wouldn’t! Had our system installed and had trouble since. Very, very disappointed with the services we’ve received this far and we are stuck on a contract for 4 years! I’ve had a technician come and repair our doorbell camera 12 times now, the 11th time they tell me that it’s the wifi connection and that I need a wifi extender, they should probably give people a heads up if they need a wifi extender and not let customers assume their system is going to work perfectly after its been installed. I get the wifi extender installed, scheduled an appointment, the appointment is two weeks later at 3:30pm, when the day comes the technician is a no show, I call the office and they say if the technician doesn’t show by 4pm to call back. Still no technician at 4pm, this time I can’t get through to the office. I send a frustrating email and I’m told they’re short staffed (umm but I’m a paying customer and have had the appointment booked for two weeks) they have a technician over in minutes! Technician comes to fix the front doorbell camera for the 12th time. Technician tells me that he’s having trouble connecting the doorbell and he needs to take it to the office to do some troubleshooting. Now I have to wait another day and who knows if it will be fixed tomorrow or if the technician will show up!?!? So frustrated with the services we’ve had this far. After the contract is up I will be going with a different security company. I regret having a contract with them.

Several repeated revisits to fix same problem without results. One admin staff said they wouldn't charge us for one of these repeated visits, but they charged us anyways.. Still awaiting a proper fix and will switch soon if these guys can't figure it out. We have paid around 600.00 thus far to fix it and it still doesn't work. Money sink. Will be fair and adjust this review if they do right...........The company sent a knowledgeable tech and got the problem figured out OK.

We used brigadier security for our business security. Not only was the rep who did our assessment exceptionally friendly, but the installation was quick and easy. I personally loved using their app and being able to check in on the store when I was at home.

Sensors and alarms going off for no reasons, I assume the equipment installed is defective or of poor quality. Tried to cancel my service and found out it will cost me $1,550. The sales team did a poor job at communicating this, likely how they were trained. There is a need for change, the government needs to get involved
