Had a few returns and a defect with a CO2 cylinder. It was processed and refunded. Good to keep your receipts for issues if you have any.

Product line is great.But I think it's (sad) that a Big Canadian Company doesn't offer any Veteran discounts let alone Seniors discount

Great Location Aurora.Went for 1 item. ELECTRIC HEDGE TRIMMER. LOL.So many sales had a cart full at checkout. Staff is fantastic and accommodating.

Cheaters, False and misleading.I purchased a wardrobe in Clearance and they mentioned that it has no hinges inside the box. I was okey with that but When I opened the box, there was not eve a single hardware, I called the customer service and they said they cannot accept it.

It was an overall good experience, The only complaint I had was that it took a bit too long for us to get the help we needed. The rep for the department we were in was called to assist us but it took quite some time for the rep to get to us... regardless of this I think we had a stress free visit.

While the ability to order/pay for parts for quick delivery to the store was/is a great service to offer, there was no followup with any alert that the parts arrived at the store, and even more disappointing, the parts could not be delivered to another CTC store closer to my address, saving me 24km of driving... But I know, we're doing their part to cut pollution & make your shopping experience an adventure !

Went to pick up a online order. Customer service was good. Noticed two triangle card people going around asking people to sign up for credit card. Don't like that very much. Going to shop and being pressured is not a good experience.

A couple of years ago I had purchased winter tires for my pick up. I only use them for the winter months.I had to get the summer tires installed and had it done by another tire shop. They identified that one of the tires needed to be replaced. So I took it to Canadian tire and because when I purchased all four tires, they were not installed by Canadian tire they have a policy that they do not honor the warranty. That is a word to the wise. If you’re going to buy tires at Canadian tire and expect to get a warranty or need to have them install the tires. That was my experience today.Recent update. June 29, 2023Canadian tire reached out to me through Google Maps and asked me to call the 800 number to speak with a customer service rep to investigate.I was very pleased with the service from the customer service rep. They arrived at a monetary value as a gesture of goodwill to contribute to the cost of a new tire. I decided to accept that in lieu of all the additional time and effort that would be required going back-and-forth with the tire, having it measured for where and then waiting for a judgement to be made.Through the whole process my blood pressure was not affected, and everybody remained calm. Thank you very much Canadian tire.

I'm happy to visit this location, nice staff members, they were patient to listen and answer my questions. Today I really had a very bad experience in this store. I took my daughter to get balloons for her birthday. There were some balloon packages at the place where they blow the balloons, then I told a staff member the package I wanted. The man who wore a black shirt and had blue dyed hair asked me did I get balloons, I said no
