Precision Building Services is a roll model contractor and professional in their trade. We used their services for post construction window cleaning, frame detail, pressure washing and buffing up our polished stainless steel. Michelle did a walk around of our commercial building with us and explained and educated us on each process she will be completing to give us the best results for each of the services we required. She provided a detailed contract which I've never gotten from any other companies I've used in the past. Her crew was respectful and professional and they delivered their promises in the time required. Precision will be our go to exterior building cleaning company.

Great Job from everyone at (Precision Building Services) from a well-explained estimate from Martin (the owner) to a great work from the crew who pressure washed the house, repaired facia boards, resealing all cracked joints, etc and then an excellent painting job. I thoroughly recommend Precision Building Services for Building maintenance projects. I went to meet Martin at one of their projects where they were replacing old staircases in a Lynn Valley strata community and - as a Building Designer of 40 years - I could see that their attention to detail and workmanship were first class. I was also impressed with the level of organization efficiency on display.
