We were at the restaurant yesterday at 12:30pm for lunch with 6 people. Our waitress Deanna was super busy but very pleasant and did a great job. On the other hand, the lady wearing the headset and normal clothing( not a uniform) was not so nice. She was helping by bringing the food to the table. Once the food was placed, she was asked about the side gravy that was ordered extra to which she replied, with tone, “ I’ve only got two hands”. We at the table just kind of looked at each other like “ really”. We didn’t expect that response. If you’re having a bad day, leave it at home. On a side note, there was no hand soap in the ladies bathroom. The day just started for them.

Went to swisschalet after 15 years, same quality pirogies that I remember, nice polite staff although that may have to do with the fact that Canadians are just so polite and lovely people. Soft chicken and good poutine only way you can find in canada. Swiss chalet has to open something in New York otherwise it’s a pretty long drive all the way to canada and I don’t want to wait another 15 years to go again here

This location is great! The food quality is amazing and the service is incredible. We usually ask for Diane or Jocelyn who are both absolutely incredible. Tonight, (June 28th, 2023) the table adjacent to us was being shockingly rude to Jocelyn and she somehow managed to maintain a positive attitude and served her other tables with impeccable service throughout. It really was impressive to watch someone keep their head up high when others were trying so hard to bring them down. Well done Jocelyn!

I don’t do this often but I had to. I love when someone goes over and beyond to help you. We were on our way to Niagra today and ordered, the restaurant was about to close and I got a call from someone named Jay saying we don’t want your food to get cold we are about to close so we’ll wait till you reach to give it to u fresh and hot. The hospitality and excellent customer service made me so happy and made our family trip a bit more special so just wanted to thank the gentleman who called and gave us or order which was yum thanks you Jay we’ll be back every time we visit Niagra which is a few times a month you’re our go to stop now

Jan 30. I tried to order online said to call because there was an issue. Agent said no soup available at the Montrose store for the warm bundle. Restarted the app ordered again after taking payment it said there was an issue again. Drove to the store Manager was very nice guy. Sorry I didn’t get his name. Gave me my order but when I got home the one quarter leg chicken was so tiny we could not believe how small it was. Could be used for a child’s portion. I love Swiss Chalet but very disappointing.

We had another wonderful experience dining at this location.From start to finish, the service was superior.The host greeted us promptly and seated us immediately.As for our server, Meaghan. We were treated to the most friendly and efficient service. After ordering, our meals were delivered in the fastest time ever. The food orders were excellent.Keep up the great work.

Well have the prices gone up!!! Oyyyy Sweet potato fries extra $3.50, salad (MEH) extra $6.99!!!!!! Did the waiter tell me about the extra charges? No, he makes it sound like it comes with the meal. The chix and the sauce are still delish, although the serving size for the price was pretty small. It was more like a Cornish hen.
