Southcrest Pool

Good, I like the pool for kids, but the city policies around thunder are a bit excessive. Expensive, there's no family rate.

Still needs some work but great staff! Looking forward to spending hot summer days there. Beautiful new pool.

Why is this place closed every time I come with my child to swim? Even though city of london site says it’s open. Seriously infuriating!! Last 2 summers we came countless times during “open” hours and always closed. End of 2016 they renovated a beautiful new pool and costing a ton of taxpayer money and we’ve yet to actually find it open. Hardly worth the $$ if you ask me. No answering machine to let you know, no note posted on door offering explanation you just have to wait till opening and hope to get an answer when you call. Swim times are so short in this city that by the time you get here and find it closed it’s not worth your time to go elsewhere. No wonder we have so many kids sitting on their rump all day come summer. Invest a small portion of the money and get an answering service with accurate open times please!!!!

Great safe family place to go for a swim.

Heater isn't working but still a lovely pool, we will definitely be back. The lifeguards are very diligent which made me feel safe there with my kiddo!

Have been going here since the 90s, has a lot of great upgrades. Although it does suck that not even a 7 yr old can use their very shallow beach entry without having a parent glued to them.

Clean pool. Would give a 5 star but pool is not heated

Good sized pool with “beach style” entrance in the kids section. Not too busy when I was there at least. Very clean washrooms. Shaded areas in the grass beside the pool to sit.Heard lots of loud, foul language from the lifeguard station (within earshot of kids) which is the reason for the less than perfect review
