They over charged me and didn’t believe me when I told them how long they were at my house cleaning and Darlene at the desk was so rude over the phone interrupting me. The cleaners were nice but they didn’t do a good job at all:( they didn’t move things to dust and left early and charged me. I will NEVER use this service again! I don’t recommend them either. They should listen to their customers!!!!

When Kayla and Sienna from the Cambridge Molly Maid localocation finished our house looked and smelled fantastic. Both were extremely personable and accommodating. I would recommend them and your service to anyone I know who is looking for cleaning help.I've never used a cleaning service before, so thank you for a pleasant experience.

Contacted for a 1 time cleaning before we list our house. Not bad but expected more for the price. I would use again for smaller cleans, not 1 time house cleans, as I'd want more detailed work done.

I worked for this branch of this company for 3.5 weeks. The employer did not like that I couldn't give 2 weeks notice when I was offered another job and actively chose to withhold my pay.He acknowledged that I would be there to pick it up and did not give any indication that the office would close early. When I showed up, lights were off and it was locked tight.The owner conveniently turned his phone off to not accept phonecalls so that I wouldn't be able to reach him.I am not the first he has done this to and I won't be the last. If you do not wish to support a business that doesn't pay its employees, then I suggest that you do not call the Molly Maid Cambridge office for any of your cleaning needs.

The Molly Maid office in Cambridge was filthy, so disappointing. If this is a cleaning company why is the office in Cambridge unclean?

The service was sub par. We reached out to the local business owner, Matthew Seebach, to see what could be done about this, and he BERATED ME on the phone! He threatened to release pictures publically of the before and after, if I made further complaints, which goes against the company privacy regulations and is COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. He threatened to try and get me kicked out of my current home because of the state the apartment was kept in". He has NO right to speak to a paying customer in this manner. I reached out to head office

My mom work here and they stop picking her up and never called her to explain then took her last check and ever give it to her or her vacation pay at all worse company ever don't work for them

Molly Maid cleans for my Father in Law who is picky and never says anything nice about anyone. He calls me after ever visit and tells me how wonderful the ladies were. How clean his apartment is and how nice and kind they were. He tells me I must call their Boss and tell him how great they were. Coming from him, it's the biggest compliment. I have also talked to Matt about how picky my FIL is and Matt was responsive and Professional and said he would send in Ladies who would be a good fit for him. I cannot say enough about them. So glad we went with Molly Maid Cambridge.
