Scam alert, this company (Concord Parking) is writing a illegitimate tickets using the city of Surrey as a firewall. The city of Surrey has outsourced all of their parking lots to this company with the only method to dispute being on the appeal process on their website. There is no department of the city of Surrey, or this company that will deal with it incorrectly cited ticket. I believe this company, and the city of Surrey should be sued by the stakeholders of the city for damages, including but not limited to stress, and financial damages.

Paid parking owned by city. $2/hr or $8/day. Has daily parking, permit parking, and Evo return parking. Good access to sky train, Central City, and bus loop. Paved and good signage. Lots of spots.
