Big T's BBQ & Smokehouse
My friends and I never been here before. We ordered the Big T platter.The dies were great, chicken , pulled pork , brisket pork rib ends, back ribs were delicious. Coleslaw was great the baked beans a little sweet, but good also . I was thoroughly satisfied by the food and service. We sat outside in the patio area was nice.

Our in laws were in town, so we decided to go out for dinner at Big T's Deer ridge location, unfortunately we didn't call ahead (our bad), so they were booked when we got there and it was a 45 min to an hour wait, but we had our hearts set on trying this restaurant, as we had heard great things. We decided to stay and sat out on their patio and had a drink while we waited, it was a bit chilly, but the amazing lady that worked there (wish I would have gotten her name) came over and lit the patio heaters that they have there. I'm not sure if she was the manager or a waitress or both, but she was INCREDIBLE!!! We had 4 young children with us, and she was so kind and generous!! She brought out chalk for them to color on the patio and bubbles so they would be entertained while we waited for a table to open up!! I have NEVER had that kind of service from a restaurant!! The drinks were great, the food was incredible and the service way over and above exceptional!!! The ribs, chicken and waffles and the brisket were especially DELICIOUS!!!! I would highly recommend Big T's to anyone who loves southern food! Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience at your restaurant, seriously outstanding service and food!!!

The deer ridge location was amazing, the staff was super friendly, the building was bright and welcoming, absolutely loved it. I had the Brisket sandwich and it was the best barbecue I’ve ever had. The manager was also a stellar star, she made sure everything was fantastic. She seems like a great boss, as she wants her team to learn, and I saw her actively teach the new staff, and the fact she accepted feedback and thanked us was amazing, those are the qualities you look for in a leader. Amazing food, amazing drinks, and absolutely fantastic staff!

This was honestly the best restaurant food me and my wife have had in a long time. We smoke our own food at home, so we know what smoked food should look and taste like, this food was definitely smoked !! Their sauces were great, and the service was amazing, I can not remember the name of the lady serving us but she was very sweet and kind. This place had out blown the expectations we had. Highly highly recommend.

I got the pulled pork sandwich with poutine as a side.The gravy was delicious, although i wish there was more cheese. I was happy to see they put the gravy on the side so it didn't get soggy while driving home. The sandwich was quite good. The meat was a bit dry, but the coleslaw and BBQ sauce helped with that. I look forward to coming to the restaurant to eat. I also tried the chili, spicy but so good!

This was one of the most pleasant dining experiences we've had in a while.Pam made sure we were looked after and gave us lots of time to look over the menu as this was our first visit.The Gut Buster with coleslaw and beans, as well as the Chili served with tortillas, is what we eventually decided upon, as all the choices looked really good! The chili had large chunks of beef and jalapeños for spiciness.The choices of BBQ sauces added that extra kick"....from smokey to spicy and their original! There was an option for your level of comfort.We are always looking for different/new dining options

We ordered prawn and poutine to start and ribs, fish, salad, brisket, and their burger for main.Poutine was spot on. Crispy fries and delicious gravy.Shrimp was OKSt. Louis Rack was very well prepared. Baby-back ribs was a big miss. Fish was good Brisket was good. Corn breads needed 30 seconds to a minutes more in the oven.The hostess was nice and friendly.Overall a good dining experience.

I love this place! I've been disappointed once, back during the pandemic. The waitress sucked, and I don't think she's there anymore.Every other time has been a dream. They know my name, they're accommodating, kind, friendly, the food is nice, portions are good. I love Big T's!

Big T's BBQ & Smokehouse
Came in tonight and really busy place. They originally said 45 minutes but got us in right away. Awesome. Was met by Bill who was engaging and friendly. He checked on us often and made our daughter laugh. Bill is Definitely customer service oriented.Our waitress was good and quick.The food tasted great, extremely fast and hot. Definitely a must do again place.
