Thanks Port Angeles Firewood. I got a new wood stove this year and underestimated my cord needs. (My wife and kids love it hot). So I was struggling to find dry firewood that did not break the bank. Wayne delivered on both accounts and was great to work with. Family business that works hard to keep its customers. I am not sure why others are attempting to say he doesn’t call back or answer calls (probably the guys selling firewood at rite-aid) try the number right now and find out for yourself...he my be running a chain saw, but he will get back to you. A little rocky start order got lost but Wayne more then made up for it. Got wood delivered next day 2 cord plus some and enough smaller pieces and scraps to make enough kindling and starter for the whole winter season. We ordered mixed and got a great 50/50 ratio of fully seasoned and almost seasoned wood. Just try to be patient (which is hard for me) sry wayne lol. His wood and prices are worth the wait. Will definitely order again.

I found this company online. I'm out of state but wanted to do something for my family. I called him and no answer but got an immediate text response asking me to text him. It seems that text is the best form of communication for this company . I reached out to him on a Tuesday and asked for that Saturday delivery. He committed to me that he could pull it off and he did! I read the other reviews but have a completely different opinion. The wood looked great, the guy was nice and he did what he said he would do! What more could I ask for?

i've been getting the 3 cord deal for several years now. even with $50 delivery fee to port townsend i think it's a good deal. if you want dry he brings dry. if he says it's wet, it is. very happy with the amount he brings too. only down side is he's hard to get a hold of and it can take a month or so to get your wood.

Short wet load about two thirds of a cord. I paid premium price, $239.00 a cord. 3 phone calls and 5 days for delivery. Wayne did stand good for the short delivery . Looks like he should hire better help, that would take care of the problem. I will not spend my money with this business again.

I have relied on this source for all my home heating for over 5 years. Order early, be patient, and the cords are generous, delivered with efficiency and I have been warmed in the stacking process and easy burning. After years of hit and miss sourcing, now I know where to get all my firewood.

I’ve purchased firewood from Wayne for the past two years and have been very pleased with what he delivers. Having purchased many dozens of cords of firewood over the past 20 years, I’ve usually been disappointed or just plain ripped off by woodcutters who don’t deliver the full amount or quality promised. Wayne is not that guy - he knows exactly how much his trailers hold and he dumps it right where you want it. He is a busy guy, so it’s always best to place your order with him around June/July to ensure you get your wood delivered before the rains hit. Wayne is very reliable and an honest businessman.

Ordered 1 cord dry, ready to burn firewood. I paid $225.00 for this wood. The wood was delivered on 5-13-20 and stacked the same day. It was not a full cord. Measured out to 43 high

Buyers beware. I am currently in the process of a fraud claim through Facebook Marketplace, my bank, and PayPal. I paid 145 dollars through PayPal to purchase a Michael Jordan card he posted through the Facebook marketplace. He uses this business name to post items online and for PayPal as well. I got scammed. He told me I can’t find the tracking number. We live in a day of technology where every postal facility or shipping site can easily pull up that documentation, if you did in fact ship the item. So that excuse doesn’t work for me. The worst part about it all is the fact that he blocked conversations and denied the refund I requested through PayPal. Keep your money people, this guy is a scam artist and is bad business. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to making the purchase. It would have never happened.Update- I was able to get refunded from PayPal. He tried to provide a false tracking number to PayPal for review. That helped the process move much faster. Lol

We purchased wood at what was to be 3 cords for $499 cash and one cord was to be dry. Wayne and his family delivered the wood in a trailer and he said his delivery truck was broken down. He dumped the wood on the driveway like requested. He said the 1 cord of dry wood was mixed with the rest of the wood that was sopping wet. We found almost no dry wood. When we got it stacked it measured 2.5 cords at best. I say at best because the wood should be of a 16 inch average length and some of the pieces are not even a foot long and few if any are 16 inches. The wood looks like scrap. We must have gotten all the broken ends he could find. His emphasized that he was out of the country and he left the business in the hands of his employees. I believe he still is ultimately responsible for the product delivered. When I called him to complain he hung up on me. Next stop Better Business Bureau.
