Lived here a year and half.. still waiting for our landscaping to be complete. Still don’t have access to our amenity room.. still waiting for the promised green space to be finished. Guest parking is still a pile of dirt. For the last year there has been no proper disposal of green waste or recycling. I recommend adding it to your conditions to finish all landscaping before completion or it will never be done.

Incredibly unprofessional. Have lived here nine months, purchased new, and still have not had any landscaping, backyard is a mud pit. Awful rude staff who insulted me and my real estate agent multiple times during the buying process. Do not buy a house from them, they refuse to fix any mistakes after purchasing and have still not given residents access to amenities building nearly a year after the development went up.
