We went in today for the very first time, and had the most amazing experience and an awesome waitress named Jennifer. She was the sweetest and could ask for more perfect service! She constantly asked if our meal was good and was so considerate! Best sever I’ve had in a long time! Food was delicious, couldn’t have asked for a better dinner! The chicken was moist, the salad was a perfect size, fries were so delicious and fresh and pie couldn’t have been better! It was delicious! We will definitely be back to dine again!

Bad first impression! The entire store including the road sign is faded as can be. Drive through window was very dirty with faded white old stickers stuck to the window. Saw kitchen staff working with no uniform on, and to top it off the fries were tough and hard big time. Overall this is a Old School Swiss chalet, no landscaping,garbage around drive thru, needs major renovations inside and out.

VERY low-key dinner tonight, and it was just what we needed.The dinners were standard 1/4 chicken. The food arrived FAST. Our server (Brandon) was honestly, non stop. Very professional. He not only tended to us, but all his other tables without being over-bearing. I don't think the guy stops!The food was good. No complaints at all.Definitely stop in here if you want an easy meal, that just hits the mark.Check out all of my honest Google reviews. My photos have over 12,000,000 views!

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at Swiss Chalet yesterday as well as the time before that. Our male server did not write down the orders and messed up both of our orders. I wanted white meat and got dark meat and we wanted soup and got fries. Our server also didn't check up on us after we got the food. As this was the second bad time with the same server, we felt included to leave a review to improve service. Every server needs to write down orders for accuracy and to do a 2 minute check up after receiving meals. I doubt we will be back.

We were on a cruise and made a day trip traveling around the area. This was our last stop before returning to the port. IT WAS FABULOUS! The food was great and the wait staff and manager were SUPER nice! It was a great way to cap-off a wonderful day!

We have been your customers for over 20 years and sadly not anymore. My wife and i had a $75 meal on the evening of June 11th at 630pm. Our waitress was great. My wifes baked potato litterly fell apart like rice she only ate the skin. Yes we should have sent it back. I did not get the dipping sauce for my chicken and my dessert was great but again my wife was horrible..usually butter tarts do not tast like this one did. She left hungry and on the way way home we thought OMG we didnt even get rolls. Not good at all. I believe the blame lies in your kitchen. Also in February we had a take out order and i did not get the chicken with my ribs. Did not have time to call on it as we were leaving for a flight. Also your best desserts are not on menu anymore. UNSATISFIED LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!!

Food is usually good quality and good portions. During there Christmas specials the portions are much smaller than what is advertised in the photos. Desert menus is dated as well. With that being said is normally a decent place to take a family or office party out to.

Great chicken, soup, and fries. Surprisingly the wings were not as good as they usually are. Typically they have great wings. They were well overcooked and probably shouldn't have left the kitchen. The lemon meringue pie crust was very hard to cut through, however tasted fine. Had a kitchen ticket on my plate under my food. Brought it to the attention of our server. She asked if I wanted to see if the Manger could do anything. I told her it was fine but she should pass it up as the next person may not take it so lightly. Still a great meal even though I got a kitchen ticket under my food and my gravy never made it. It was March break so the place was busy. Things get overlooked.Update: Company Repreached out Good Morning
