Always good service and great staff. Great selection of products and the staff actually cater to your needs rather than upsell you. I'm cheap so I appreciate this.

Go to ‘Devon Vapes’ instead if you want consistency and great service.Small Town is just a bunch of stoner kids that give zero ***** about anything. Over and over again I’d go for one thing and they’d never have it in stock ever. They never suggest ordering it and keeping it in stock for me. And they never know when a shipment is coming in.Just consistently terrible customer service.

Excellent chris is very knowledgeable and was super helpful in helping me quit smoking and what vape I should be using etc. Wont try to sell you more then you need either.

I called your place of business twice. Both times i got a machine so i said what i wanted and asked for a call back! Nothing!! No response!!

Not impressed. First visit I explained that I was considering starting to vape, so the kid behind the counter sells me a sub ohm kit and a salt nic juice and assures me that they are what I'm looking for. I felt like I had smoked ten cigarettes every time I hit this vape so I looked it up and read that vaping salt nic on a sub ohm coil can make a person very sick. Second visit I only wanted juice and asked for something fruit flavored, told them I liked a watermelon flavor but didn't like this other brands raspberry blueberry. He sold me one with the cryptic name rainbow express" showing various fruit on the label. It turned out to be rainbow ice cream flavored which was disgusting. Twice I've been sold what I didn't want because the staff don't know their product. They have nice glass on the other side of the store but a severely small selection."

Friendly staff. Good price. Very clean store, also wasn’t expecting how nice it was inside.
