Great selection, amazing online store and fabulous customer service. What more could you want?Since my friends started having kids about 7 years ago, I started giving them a congrats/pre-baby gift of a jelly cat stuffie that reminds me of my friend/our relationship (in addition to a regular gift later). This store has an incredible selection of jelly cat toys, and I will certainly be going back for any future jelly cats gifts!Thank you!

Blown away by the customer service. I wanted to double check that I liked the look of the Jellycat stuffed animal before it was shipped to us, so they kindly sent some photos over. Our lil jellycat was packaged and delivered with care. We love him! Highly recommend the stor and will definitely shop there again. Thanks team at Baby Charlotte!

Cute little store with the biggest Jellycat collection!! The shop owner is very nice too. Highly recommended if you are a jellycat-head.

I have shopped here for just over a year and I absolutely love the brands that are sold, especially the ones from the states that are harder to find in Canada. The sales are also great!The reason for only 4 stars is that I feel the customer service is lacking.I was in today and was the only shopper. I passed by staff multiple times and was not greeted. Even when I got up to the counter, the one sales staff just looked at me and didn’t ask if I was ready to check out or had any questions. I had to tell them I was ready.Staff is kind when you speak to them, but I feel more could be done in regards to customer service.Unfortunately, this is not a one-off encounter.Again, I love the store and will continue to shop here as well as tell my friends about it.

This store is a beautiful baby store. I love how thoroughly each item has really been researched/thought about before making its way to the shelves on this store. You can definitely tell the care the owner has towards safe and trusted brands that are for babies. Every time I have been in the store, the costumer service is incredible. You will even be shocked that that prices are very competitive and not overpriced in any way for the quality of product you are purchasing. You should follow Baby Charlotte on Facebook to stay up to date with her sales on Kyte products.

I had the pleasure of stopping by Baby Charlotte’s earlier this week and was so pleased with the quality of selection. They have an abundance of baby, toddler & maternity items.Everything you need from feeding, play and sleep. The website is easy to navigate and the owners & employees are lovely! I cannot wait to go back.

EXCELLENT customer service here!!! Also best selection of Kyte baby in the area and just a super great selection of all the cute kids stuff you would need or want! 10/10 would recommend. Also Sam is a star, you are lucky to have her!
