It's unfortunate this lawfirm went absolutely silent. Apparently, their staff turn over is pretty high. I gave 2 stars because when I finally DO get to speak to them on the phone, they're knowledgeable, and they answer any questions I have. However, after I signed a retainer fee and we were supposed to go mediation next, I'm still waiting for any kind of response. Getting a hold of them or having them reply back is an insane amount of effort.Edit: I read a comment here about the receptionist about being rude, I also agree she can work on her tone a bit better. She may be a bit cutthroat and like to cut people off. Since she's not a lawyer and cannot give legal advice, at least be empathetic a bit more when handling incoming calls.Edit: 4/10/23 - My lawyer from this firm reached out to me and has confirmed many things for me. I can greatly appreciate the clarity and next steps. I changed my review to 4-stars because as a business operation, they had recognized some gaps they're actively working on behind the scene, I appreciate that this information was transparent to me. I really do like the lawyer, Marion, representing my case. I would give her individually 5-star if I could. She (Marion) has been clear, transparent, empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. I am still being represented by her for my case. Dina Arkhipov is totally unprofessional with zero attention to the case details. She sent a demand letter to my former employer, but once they hired their own professional lawyer, she told me that she can no longer provide me with any free legal services and brought irrelevant reasoning even thought I had a contingency fee agreement with her. She literally left me defenseless in the middle of the litigation. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional lawyer.UPDATE: Dina Arkhipov has threatened me that they would sue me if I don't remove this review because it's destroying their reputation.
