I go in to this location almost everyday during the week and always have a great experience. Heather is always friendly and makes conversation. Even when there’s a line Heather is efficient and quick with her customers but never rushes them and I never have to wait too long!

If you want to get your mail sent out to wrong addresses go here. Also, the post office clerks look like they want to cry on the job from not wanting to be there.

I always deal with Heather when I do my corporate mailings and she is always so quick, helpful and it always is a pleasure to see her!

Very convenient and easy to park. Very knowledgeable staff that move the line quickly. Heather is very knowledgeable and engages great with the public and makes you feel welcome.

The manager named Heather is petty and vindictive to a degree that is concerning for someone who handles people’s mail.Last week I waited 8 minutes at an empty counter, repeatedly ringing the ‘ring bell for service’ bell since no one was around. Eventually she showed up and told me off for ringing it so much since ‘she was on her way’. How was I supposed to know until you showed up? The rest of that interaction was expectedly rude and cold, which was understandable at the time since everyone has bad days.However today I went back to pick up a package, after she was done serving the customer in front of me, she skipped me and asked the lady behind me to go up to the counter, asking if she was just dropping off a package. The lady said yes, so Heather proceeded to serve that lady with the drop off and printing out tracking info.I continued waiting in line until the other register opened up and another staff helped me.The fact that Heather deliberately skipped serving me because I rang the bell ‘too many times’ last time is concerning to me as a customer who is forced to come to this location to pick up packages, since Canada Post never delivers them and stores them all here for pick up.Me leaving this review would probably end up with her giving me an even harder time going forward, but behaviour like this from a federal government employee is not okay and needs to be made known.Side note, every other employee I’ve encountered here has been friendly and professional. Unfortunately Heather seems to be there majority of the time so you’re likely to end up with her.Edit - in response to the reply below.1. Yes I am 100% sure Heather recognized me. During a past visit, she addressed me by name asking “are you Kira” because another employee had left her a note about being unable to find my package, and somehow Heather knew it was me when I showed up. I’ve been picking up packages here almost weekly ever since this new location opened up, so it’s not surprising that she recognizes me.2. I am certain the customer behind me arrived after me. I had already been waiting in line for a few minutes and watched the lady behind me come up. She was holding a package, which prompted Heather to ask if it was a drop off and decided to serve her first.3. I understand employees have things to do and that’s why there’s a bell. But when a customer utilizes the bell, the employee should not get annoyed because the customer rang it ‘too many times’. But again, that incident was not the reason for my review, it was to provide context. The reason for my review today is Heather making another customer cut in line just so she did not have to serve me. This behaviour is petty and vindictive, raising concern for her professionalism, which is important given the nature of her job.
