Great price, everyone was professional and did an amazing job! Would strongly recommend for anyone looking for roof repairs or replacement!

It was a great experience. I called to get a quote and owner was there within a day and provided me a great quote. Roofing was scheduled for the end of the week and was done in a day. Any abnormalities in my roof when the shingles were off the company would call me and provide me pics. I would highly recommend them.

We were in need of a new roof, so I called a couple of reputable companies to which no one replied to me. Then I heard of Marinelli Construction and Renovations so I gave them a call. Joe was over in the next day or two asked when we wanted it done and left samples of what I was looking for. They were in and out within a day. They did a fabulous job, straight lines the whole nine yards, I've still yet to find a shingle nail on the ground! Would highly recommend them to anyone!!!

We had Joe come in for estimate, made a deal on the two S by S, our bungalow and the neighbours 2 story, to be done at the same time. Surprised at how quickly they got to us but more impressed by the quality, freindliness and efficiency of the work crew. Safety was number one, first time we ever saw gaurdrails used on a residential 2 story. The biggest thing at the end of the day(cause they completed all on the same day) was the cleanliness left around both houses and a great job removing any stray nails, did not find any after they left- GREAT JOB.On a side bar we also had Joe in to do renovations to our living room and attic area. My wife, Deb and I would and have highly recommend Marinelli Construction and Renovation. Thanks Joe , Tanya and Crew.

Joe is a true professional. He checked out the roof, made recommendations and then found some issues while doing the new shingles. He took pictures of the concerning areas to document the problem, to get out approval before proceeding. Fantastic job, I recommend Marinelli Construction to everyone!
