bad pretty bad service and productsI requested a small cake for my daughter's birthday with 8 days of anticipation and when I went to pick up it, the cake's box was closed and before leaving the store I checked the cake and it was smashed,it looks like it fell to the floor. but the worst part was that the salesman knew it and he just looked at me and say ohh man Sorry, but he never told me about the poor conditions of the cake, so I asked to my self, he knew it and that's why he closed the cake box? did he try to sell a bad cake? what would have happened if I did not check the cake before leaving the store?This store is risking the health of people (the whole family) trying to sell something in bad conditions.I had to go to save on foods" to buy a cake

It's a nice place to get some fresh baked items, we generally visit here to get the bread loaf. You find a variety of bread here, I tried the regular, whole wheat, fruit, raisins, poppy seeds, cinnamon. Also the Coconut bun is very tasty, I love it. The people here are very warm and help you with inputs. There's other items like donuts, cinnamon rolls, diff cakes, rice crackers etc and also a dog treat for your dog

I love this bakery. Best sausage rolls ever! The pastry is tender and flaky. Great Chinese BBQ pork buns, their banana bread is also delicious among many other things. Very reasonably priced and service is always so welcoming. Super happy to have this bakery near my house.

I can always find lots of good stuff here. Fresh bread. Good quality. I like their multi-grain bread and cinnamon bread as everyday breakfast. Donuts and cinnamon buns as well. Kids love it. My go-to bakery. Definitely recommend it.

Cutest hidden gem in Edmonton!! By far one of the best dessert places in Edmonton:) owned by the sweetest, cutest family. Great prices and awesome desserts. Give it a shot! Always my go to after a lovely breakfast from their neighbours, Red Goose:)

Absolutely LOVE Everything especially the bread it tastes just like grandma used to make and its wonderful! And I always get a great big smile and have a wonderful conversation with Lucy.. I recommend this bakery to everyone it is a must try

A nice quaint bakery in a quiet neighborhood. The prices are fair and the baked goods are wonderful. Hands down the best brownies I've had in the last 30 years! You must try Lucy's, if you dont you will be depriving yourself of a real treat!

Such a fun place, with great prices and delicious food. The bacon bread, apple fritters, cinnamon buns and cheese buns are huge hits, but there's so much more to try too!!

Must try! Lucy's Sweets and Hazeldean Bakery are run by an exceptionally kind and big hearted (not to mention absolutely talented) owner - Lucy. Not only are the donuts absolutely bully, bread so fresh, and pastries so tantalizing; the business also does much to help the community out and give back to its customers. Be sure to arrive nice and early before EVERYTHING runs out, or call in to reserve the best baked goods in Edmonton. Try it and you can tell the business sources the most natural and fresh ingredients.

Finally tried their cinnamon Bread and my son almost finish the whole pack! Hopefully they make more daily as we went here a few times before and cinnamon Bread is always sold out. I guess if you want to be sure that most of the goods are available, you should come in the morning.
