I am a carpet cleaner. Brought 10 rugs for cleaning at their rug plant for my client. Picked them up rolled in plastic. Brought to client and was amazed, rugs looked like half of them weren’t even cleaned. Looked foolish in front of my customer. I steam cleaned the rugs myself, got much better results. Taking my business else where. Also I think most of these reviews are fake.Just noticed that you edited your response on Feb 17, 2023. The rugs that were brought to you were of excellent quality. I have attached photos for reference, it is obvious that even small stains were not taken out. I doubt that you have even washed them. Also I saw you pray paint competitors stickers at the intersections. Shame on your business!

I highly recommend this place for carpet cleaning and repair. I had 7 of my persian rugs cleaned and had the roots fixed. I am really happy with the results and all my rugs look brand new.
