Service is quick here and staff is very cooperative and friendly. I love the environment of this place. This place is full of positive energy and greenery.

The phones are difficult to get through. I had ultrasounds done on Friday and told them I had been experiencing bleeding and so I called back today after the weekend because they hadn't faxed my ultrasounds to my doctor yet. I explained I've been bleeding for 4 days now I need them to fax it asap. They said they would do it today but when I called my doctor this afternoon apperently they didn't send them. And the office is closed. Doctors say they can't help me without the ultrasounds so 5 days being pregnant and bleeding, with no help or answers. This should be completely unacceptable!

I have visited the Women’s Ultrasound Clinic 4 times now and each time I have been very impressed! The reception staff are friendly and welcoming. The ultrasound technicians (I have had 4 different people) are all excellent and have made me feel at ease. This is my first time being pregnant and have lots of questions that the technicians are great about answering. I will definitely continue going to this clinic!

We have had several OUTSTANDING appointments at the ultrasound clinic. OurTechnicians have all been prompt, incredibly friendly, and so skilled in their craft. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience thus far. Highly recommend!

My husband and I were looking forward to our anatomy scan but were left deeply disappointed with some staff members’ behaviours. First, we arrived promptly and waited for the receptionists to sign in but neither one sitting at their desks acknowledged us. We were ignored for over 5 minutes, and all we could do was stand patiently for them to at least make eye contact or communicate that they would be with us shortly but nothing. We were invisible to them. Eventually, one of them looked at us and took my requisition form. Then, the technician who performed our anatomy scan called my name and said it incorrectly even though I had just confirmed what it was with one of the receptionists. I gently corrected her and she looked at me rudely and said “ok”. Her demeanour was fake and she rushed through our appointment. I asked her if she could confirm the heart rate and she snapped, “That’s what I’m doing”. I explained to her that we had suffered a miscarriage last year and were anxious about this appointment, and her response was “ah”. Both my husband and I felt uncomfortable and any excitement we had about this monumental scan evaporated. I would like to believe that the other staff members are genuinely compassionate and kind, which is why I’m giving this clinic 2 stars rather than 1. I will not be coming back to this clinic and instead recommend Sound Diagnostic on Riverside.

I have come here for many prenatal ultrasounds, for both my high risk pregnancy in 2020 as well as my current pregnancy. The staff at the desk are always friendly, prompt, and great at answering questions. The ultrasound technicians are all very kind and warm and provide explanations of every step they are taking. Given that both my pregnancies have been high risk I have really appreciated coming to Women’s Ultrasound because I trust that they are experts who will catch anything unusual as early as possible.

The Women's Ultrasound Clinic on Cleopatra has always been so accommodating, friendly, and professional. I am now nearing the end of my second pregnancy, and chose to go here for all of my ultrasounds for both pregnancies, and am so thankful I did! Plus, their photos and videos always turn out really well. Many friends and family comment on how good of quality they are. Highly recommend this ultrasound clinic!

This ultrasound clinic is amazing, highly recommend.Our technician Danielle did a fabulous job to make me and my partner feel comfortable, understand what our needs were for the appointment and worked very hard to get us the gender of our very scrunched up little girl.Danielle was gentle, thorough and had great bedside manner.

I went for my NT scan and I had a very good experience. The receptionists the tech were friendly and quick. I didn't have to wait long to be registered and taken in the room. The ultrsound tech was nice and she explained what was going on the whole time, which helped alleviate my anxiety. I look forward to going back for my future scans.

I had a good experience on my first two visits and a horrible one when I went for my third ultrasound.During the procedure I asked the technician for photos and videos of the baby (they used to provide the images if you ask and pay at the end of the appointment). She said she had made the images but I ended up with no videos. She wasn't able to see the gender of the baby as well, due to the position of the baby (and I know that that's okay and it happens). When talking to the receptionist about it, she said go to a private 3D clinic or wait for your last ultrasound appointment (probably around 32 weeks). There's nothing we can do for you".
