Me and my friend ordered DoorDash, we got her food and we opened our bag. We saw that the quarter pounder BLT that we ordered had no bacon hardly any lettuce and a yellow tomato. now this is not the first time I’ve ordered something from this McDonald’s and have gotten a wrong order. We call and no answer we have texted DoorDash people they are no help. And very disrespectful

Ordered 1 big Mac meal. Told to wait at #3 . Son walked across parking lot, went to lcbo, came back still no burger. Went inside to the bathroom, still no burger, went back in to see what was taking so long, order was sitting on sill at take out window.

If possible I would review as 0 stars. This is the most poorly run McDonalds I have ever entered. First time gave them the benifit of being a newly opens store even after waiting in a drive thru line for 40 some odd minutes and the order being wrong. But each time I have visited since, orders are always wrong, ridiculous long wait times, and staff that straight up lie to your face and are rude when in the role of management.

Ordered a Big Mac No Meat No Mac Sauce Light Pickles... It came with meat, no onions, one tiny pickle, a few strands of lettuce. But it had no Mac Sauce and cheese so that's a plus I guess!

Don't eat in ... drive through is faster. As well they were picking and choosing who gets there orders. We had to wait 20 minutes to get our order. As you can see by the pics the quarter ponder wasn't finished... missing ingredients.This McDonald's needs to pay more attention to customers needs and their employees.

The restaurant was clean and free of dirt and grime. It was deserted when we got there, but my food arrived quickly. By far the most exquisite Big Mac I have ever had, and the ice cream sundae was delicious. Bathroom was a little dirty though. Other than that small grievance, 10/10 would recommend

I don't get all this negativity about this McD's location. Maybe they had a rough start which is understandable. Every time i went there never had any complaints. Waiting times vary but so what. You want to order a burger and have it on your mouth the second after? Stop being so negative. Again i have ZERO complaints. Good luck guys for the future and we'll keep going there.

Cute. Clean. Small town McDonald’s are the best.The manager/supervisor was nice enough to ask us if we were enjoying o it meal and if we needed napkins or something. He was really quick on taking back the trays, too. The washrooms were nice, if a bit small — but I think it’s probably the right size considering the size of the nearby town.I was looking at the previous reviews, and I think they might’ve turned this place around in the past few months. My experience wasn’t at all like what I saw from the other photos. Perhaps there’s new management?

GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE IN A BAD MOOD!!Everything time I leave this location so does a piece of my dignity. The manager looks just as lost as the workers and it’s as if it’s the blind leading the blind. Workers will stand around and socialize, oppose to working, which seems like a perk of working at this location as it seems as the moment you clock into your shift, workers are on an endless break. Every time I order here it’s habitual to check my food before I leave because 9/10 times your order is guaranteed to be wrong. Would not recommend. Would recommend only if you are purposely trying to inconvenience yourself.

2nd time going to this store and once again horrible experience. Bought a large fry and lucky if it's even half full. And one of my medium fries was the exact same. I'll never go here again. If you want what you paid for, go anywhere else
