Carly was absolutely amazing to work with! She allowed me to plan my surprise proposal with ease, helping me choose the perfect location as I am not a local to the area. She was flexible with the overall timing and very easy to get a hold of. She made the experience a 10/10, keeping herself hidden during my actual proposal and then making my fiancé comfortable throughout the entire shoot. The photos she sent us were stunning, better than we could have ever imagined. I highly recommend Carly to anyone looking for a highly professional and skilled photographer! Carly was such a pleasure to be around! My fiancé and I did our engagement photos at Lake Minnewanka at sunrise. Carly did a phenomenal job on our pictures. She is very easy to talk to and made us both feel so comfortable during the session, it really felt like we were old friends and not strangers who just met that day. She's funny, professional and very kind and understanding. You can really tell that she takes pride in her business and cares about her customers. Highly recommend!

Carly photographed our engagement photos a few weeks back and while we waited for the gallery back all we could do was talk about how it was such an incredible experience. We aren't very experienced or comfortable behind the camera but our photos turned out even better than we imagined.When we left after our photos we were both laughing and mentioned just how much fun we had. Carly is so easy to talk to and get along with, it felt like we knew her for longer than an hour haha!! 10/10 would recommend Carly!

Carly & co did a great job capturing our engagement in Banff! Carly took time to walk me through some tips and recommend locations up front, and then Darine was a great photographer and got amazing shots! They were also both super flexible with timing and plans, especially Darine when some last second scheduling changes came up and I had to push the planned proposal from the morning to afternoon.Super nice people to work with and got great photos, highly recommend!

Wow! Where do I begin? Carly is an extremely kind individual who goes above and beyond for her customers. I'm from the US and Carly kept in constant communication regarding every detail. She checked in mid way to ensure I have booked everything necessary for my engagement shoot with my fiance.Carly made the experience extremely easy. She took initiative and made the session very fun and laid back. She constantly kept my fiance laughing and reassured with the hike and put our well being first the entire session. She is detailed, and ensures everything is done to our expectations. I couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our special moment. I recommend Carly without hesitation for any photography session. You will not regret it!

EVERYTHING about Carly Hill & her team is exceptional. My fiancé (who was my girlfriend before our photography session with Darine) and I absolutely loved the style, demeanor, playfulness and fun we had during our shoot. Darine was magical and really enabled us to pose in funny/cute ways that really shined to perfection once we saw our photos. Such beautiful moments were captured as we completed our hike and I proposed to my now fiancé. Thank you so much Carly Hill for getting us setup, and for Darine, who worked magic with her camera.
