Working with Shani is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Shani is so energetic, and very very knowledgeable in her field! She pushes you to go that little bit extra in your work outs; BUT if you need any type of modifications she is so adaptable and easily helps you make the adjustments and modifications you may need to be the most successful in not only your work out but in your overall goals! Shani develops extremely well rounded work outs and really does tailor them to what you need to experience your most significant growth! Anyone looking for workouts that can be done from home with minimal equipment but MAXIMUM results should give Shani a call! Or whatever your needs/wants/goals may be- call Shani! You’ll be LUCKY, the LUCKIEST to work with Shani!

Surge Strength and Conditioning
Shantelle is so friendly and knowledgeable . She has been designing my programs this past year and adapts them to meet needs and goals. I really love the programs as I can check them off as I go, look at the notes or videos on how to do a specific workout. I find the combination of supports with the programs convenient and fun. I have a background in Olympic lifting. Shantelle expands on exercises I am familiar with while adding in new programming. I also feel tired after a workout but have met many of my goals along the way. Shantelle is also fast to get back to me and makes changes as needed. I love it! Very motivating and keeps things new and challenging. If your thinking of getting a trainer, new programming or support with training I would highly recommend!

Shantelle is awesome! I currently am on my second online at home program with her and I can't wait to start in person training when things start to ease up with the pandemic! The online platform/app she's uses allows me to work out from home safely and is the best Ive ever used! Each workout is put together for me specifically. She is so supportive and really listens to your wants and needs! She is always there when I need her if I have questions or concerns about the program! She checks in and motivates me to push myself. My body is only getting stronger and I couldn't be more excited for this journey with Shantelle! I have a past shoulder injury and since starting to work with Shantelle my should is back to 100% mobility! I highly recommend!!!!

Shantelle is AMAZING! I have had several knee surgeries, so it’s been difficult to find workouts that work for me. She gave me exercises that I could do, and I could see progress! She provides tons of modifications. If an exercise is too easy or difficult she provides options for you to choose what is best for you. The app that she uses makes it easy for working out at home! She goes over the exercises with you, proper form, and key things to focus on while doing the exercise. If needed there are videos on the app that show you what the exercise is. You are also in control of your own program! You decide what you can commit too and Shantelle will make the program fit your needs!! IShantelle truly cares about her clients. She is always growing and looking for feedback to make herself better. She is an easy going person who you feel comfortable working with. She is very passionate about work, and does everything she can to make her clients successful! You cannot go wrong working with Shantelle!!

I never thought I’d set foot in a gym, let alone enjoy the experience, but after I started working with Chantelle a few months ago, I look forward to training in a gym. I would strongly recommend Surge. I have worked with Shantelle for several years now and she is professional, knowledgeable and personable. I also have the privilege of working with Cole as a trainer as well. He too, is professional, knowledgeable and personable. Both have encouraged me and pushed me to meet my targets and to continue to help me succeed. If you are looking to work with individuals who understand body mechanics and are able to explain why you are doing what you are doing and why it will help you, these are the trainers you are looking for! Shani is the absolute best! Her programs are tailor made to your ability, injuries, and goals, all while being flexible with your history and equipment available. She’s always available for check ins, form advice, or guidance. Shani’s extensive background in fitness and sports makes her the perfect trainer. This is the 5th program she’s made me and somehow I love each program more than the last!
