Nice place , pretty well kept. I notice the garage bins are usually full here, leading people to just throw their garbage on the ground near the bins. Other than that it's a nice little spot to sit and relax.

What's with all the trashy dog owners with no leash here? Hardly see anybody use a leash. This is not an off-leash park.
