Stephanie was our wedding planner and we can't recommend her enough. She helped us find a perfect venue very quickly, planned all decor including flowers and set up, met with our venue to help create our menu, printed and set up all of our menus and signs etc, and provided fantastic day of coordination with her team in addition to countless other details. The fee for her service was more than worth it - Stephanie saved us both lots of time and stress and her attention to detail and vast general wedding expertise made our wedding day beautiful and enjoyable. She suggested vendors that matched our budget and overall vision. Stephanie was also our officiant which was perfect - she created a very personal and lovely ceremony. Thank you Stephanie and Sweetheart Events for everything!

Stephanie was an absolute dream planner turned friend to work with! From the moment we had begun talking with her about having her plan our wedding, we knew she was the one for us! She was one of the only planners willing to meet with us face to face immediately when all we got were rushed phone calls or questionnaires sent our way from other companies. Her upbeat personality and calm demeanour will have you even more excited to attend your own wedding than you ever thought possible!We had the BEST and most chill time at our wedding with absolutely no stress. We hired Stephanie from Sweetheart Events for full planning for our wedding on the Sunshine Coast. What an absolute dream!!! From the moment we met her over coffee and we bonded over our mutual love for caffeine and pastries, we knew Stephanie would be a great person to spend time with during the planning process. Kay at Sweetheart Events is a treasure. She was the biggest reason our wedding vision was able to come alive, and without her nothing would have gone as perfectly as it did. By all means she has worked with both my wife and I and our struggle with time management and planning and was still able to pull the wedding of the century. If you ever need a wedding planner that was not only kind, understanding, coordinated, and accommodating, Kay and her team at Sweetheart events is your go to. Words can't begin to describe what an INCREDIBLE, amazing, spectacular experience I had with Sweetheart events!!! My wedding was the best day ever, and that's thanks to the Sweetheart team! I had the pleasure of working with Kay as my lead planner - she took care of everything, thought of every last detail, and executed my vision perfectly! My dream came true when Stephanie married my husband and I - our ceremony was absolutely beyond perfect - I'm still smiling months later! Where do I even start?! As somewhat of a Type A bride myself, I was very particular about who my planner would be. I was looking for someone experiences, competent, and someone who truly understood my vision, and wouldn’t overtake it with their own. After interviewing and meeting with several (it went into the double digits), I had almost completely lost hope until my first call with Stephanie. Literally, there was an instant connection and I called my fiancé immediately after letting him know, “ I FOUND HER”. We went with the Partial Planning service, and are SO glad that we did. While I was very hands on at the beginning, I definitely started to lose steam the last few months leading up to the wedding, however Stephanie was there to pick up all the pieces. She is so organized, is literally on top of everything, and makes you feel like you’re the only wedding she is working on. Whenever I was stressed or overwhelmed, I would send her an email/text of all my questions and queries, and she’d get back to me immediately. And she brought together an amazing group of vendors, that not only met, but completely exceeded my expectations. The cherry on top, was on the wedding day - Me, my friends, and family could completely let loose, and let go, cause Stephanie and her team had it! Every “crisis” was averted with ease, and the fact that Stephanie and her team organizes the entire set up and take down was literally a godsend. My husband and I are SO happy with how everything turned out, and our guests had such a wonderful time.

We met Stephanie for brunch and had an instant connection. After leaving brunch my husband and I knew we had to hire her. Stephanie was amazing and able to help us get on track and start making decisions on planning our wedding. She made sure to keep us on budget, and she made the planning fun. It gave us so much confidence to have someone with her experience who has seen it all be there throughout the entire process. Stephanie knew not to give me too many options because I had a hard time making decisions, so instead she would narrow the decisions down to three options and I could choose from there. Two months from our wedding date we had to change venues because my husband and I lost confidence in the one we had been planning with. Stephanie was incredibly supportive and had to help us basically replan the entire wedding as the venues were very different. Stephanie helped us plan our dream wedding and we would recommend her and the Sweetheart Events team time and time again. If you are thinking of whether or not you should hire a planner, you should meet with Stephanie and you will wonder no more.

Aaron and I are so incredibly grateful to Sweetheart Events for planning our wedding on June 3, 2023. Since the very first email inquiry, Stephanie and her team were responsive, helpful, realistic, and so fun! Her team had such great energy and kept us updated and engaged throughout the whole process. Shawna was our planner and she was IN-CREDIBLE!! She was so professional and always asked the right questions to ensure we articulated what we envisioned for our wedding (which is not easy to do!). We were so impressed with Shawna's kindness and patience with us. Throughout the year of planning she always had that special knack to know when to remind us of all the positive things to keep us from getting too bogged down. It's alot of work and she helped take away all the stress b/c we knew we had someone so competent and thoughtful. She was so organized (even the other vendors and officiant commended her) and communicative that we felt at ease throughout the year of planning. The wedding day was perfectly executed and Aaron and I had so much fun with our guests without any worries (except for our vows which was all on us :) ). What do we say about Stephanie? Other than pure perfection. She is amazing. Handled every detail with grace and acceptance even if our methods were not the usual.We had guests raving about her. She went above and beyond. This lady deserves all the praise in the world as she is a magician. She is the wedding guru. I felt so relaxed and so did my guests and family. If you’re wondering if you should hire her do it. You will not regret it.

Stephanie was our True to You package planner! Stephanie found and organized the decor/floral and photographer/videographers! She lead the best ceremony EVER!! And she really went above and beyond on the day of our wedding. She gave her dress to our MC after a bit of a wine spill from our other MC lol We highly recommend Sweetheart Events!!
