Hendry Place
It locates in the inner street, it is delicate and quite vs other townhouses in the town. Property management team are responsive and friendly, I have been renting many places and I could say they are the best I have ever seen, Lovely place and lovely people. Small suggestion for the improvement like elevator instruction volume is a bit high and wish can tune it down a little bit.

We moved in a little while ago, we are really enjoying it.Modern complex, organized, manager always kind and available. The neighborhood is very nice, the park is beautiful. Very good!

Hendry Place
My partner and I have been living at Hendry Place for a few months now and it has been such a great living experience. Management is so wonderful and helpful. The location is perfect being only steps from Trout Lake and easily accessible via transit. The units are modern, have incredible features and the whole place feels like home. We'll be staying for a while!

I have been at Hendry Place for around 7 months, and it has been wonderful living here with my little dog.It is close to Trout Lake, where I walk my dog and she loves meeting all the dogs around the neighbourhood.The units are brand new, very clean and modern, and all the appliances are great quality. The noise level is also minimal. I rarely, if ever heard much noise in the halls or from other units.Kamil, the property manager has also been nothing but kind and friendly. I have not had any complaints or issues.

Hendry Place
My family and I are living in a townhouse in Hendry Place. This is such a lovely place to live. I adore the view of the mountains and location. It's located near beautiful park Trout Lake (I would say it's just 3 min to walk to this park). There is a patio zone and I’m sure that we will have a barbecue with our friends there soon. Also we have our own patio zone, I cannot wait to have great summer evenings there.

Hendry Place has made moving to Vancouver a lot easier than other apartments. Kamil is an awesome property manager. Only gripe is that there's no A/C, so it can get quite warm in the summer. Besides that, furnishings and quality makes the price worth it!

Hendry Place
We moved in at the beginning of Sept and the experience has been very smooth and communicative. From the payment system to the property manager, Kamil helping us prepare our apartment and logistics for move in, it’s been a breeze.The Building is in a wonderful location, very close to skytrain station and just minutes walk to Trout Lake Park. The building is clean, well-taken care of and the neighbourhood is great. We love being in the building and calling it our home !

My partner and I moved in here about 5 months ago and it's been perfect for us and our cat! The building is brand new with good furnishings and nice amenities. It's close to the Nanaimo SkyTrain and Commercial Drive but tucked away in a very quiet and family friendly neighborhood. The building is clean and managed very well, the few minor issues that we had were dealt with quickly.

The best place to live! Beautiful view to the mountains , next to us a park, community center. In the territory there are two bbq places. Super place, And Kamil a friendly property manager.

Moved in at the end of summer and it has been such a pleasure living here. It is very well taken care of with a friendly and responsive property manager; Kamil, higher end furnishings and clean common areas. The rooftop with mountain views is a wonderful touch, and the location is fantastic being so close to one of my favourite parks in Vancouver, Trout Lake. Easy to park on the street, and the building and area feels safe and is very quiet. Also love that it is pet friendly! Highly recommend.
