The owner of the store was very knowledgeable and honestly catered to his clientele. I had just left National Sports in Barrie and was extremely frustrated with their staff. I walked in to this store and was immediately met with a professional welcoming individual. He sized my son for a helmet and some other hockey gear and I ended up walking out of their spending a small fortune. Thank you for your amazing service!!

Brutal. Buyer beware at the cash. Salesman told us 20% off sticks. Decided to buy their 2-for deal. When we cash out, we’re told 20% is off the single stick price, not the everyday 2-for price. A $55 cash grab. Try telling your kid at the cash that what he just set his heart on he isn’t going to get because the store has dodgy ethics.

Brought my son’s goalie helmet in. They helped figure out what parts it needed, installed them right there for me. Such incredible service and quality staff. Alway very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store!!!

Tim and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and so very helpful. It is always a pleasure to walk in and be greeted with friendly faces. They boys all have a sense of humour and you never feel any pressure for sales. Highly recommend this local shop for any of your sports needs. They are awesome!

UNREAL CUSTOMER THE!Rob has probably the best customer service I've ever experienced. Spend lots of time with me to find the right skates that fit me and even helped entertain my 2yr old while trying skates on. Can't say enough good things about Rob.

I am very thankful and surprised on what an amazing shop this really is. I came looking for a very specific size an fit, unfortunately they didn't have the exact product due to the shortage, but the employee made sure that the skates they did have worked. I tried many sizes and fits until we found the ONE ! I have abnormally wide feet and skates just don't work sometimes and leave me with unbearable pain, but this time that won't be the case.Thanks for the great service and staff, highly recommended this shop for anything hockey .
