Always a lovely lady there whenever I've gone to rent. All needs seem to be met as best as can be met. All business transactions go smoothly and the rental expectations are explained very nicely and great recommendations.

Sandy is an amazing lady! This company went above and beyond to make my wedding planning a breeze. I went with white floor length linens and white chair covers with a silver runner and the look was breath taking! I have never seen such white linens! Sandy went out of her way to accommodate my every concern and with me changing my mind so often she was awesome. It was many evening as late as 10pm she sat up on a Saturday and sent me ideas and pictures of what she had in mind for me, calling me down to have me come and play with ideas during the week, she is so knowledgeable and so professional. I even had rented tents and she offered exceptional service, I will definitely be back for all my events. The selection is endless and if there is anything she doesn't have she orders or tries to accommodate at her best convenience. The BEST party and event supplier I know and the one everyone uses in PG, even my wedding decorator rented items from her for my wedding. If you want a hassle free and beautiful wedding, with crisp CLEAN mark less linens, then Sandy is your woman. PG loves you Sandy, please never stop running such an awesome business

Front Desk support was excellent,Picking up tables young man was pleasant and polite. However drop off experience was horrible. The young man called me rude because I didn't back up far enough to drop 3 x 6' tables. I unloaded them myself light not heavy and he told I should learn how to drive . Was 4' to 5' from container.I was blown away being in the customer service industry. The behavior was aggressive and unfriendly of this associate who works there.Not sure if I will be back!

We rented place settings here. Prices and communications were great.

I reached out to Sandy to help come up with a plan for my mother’s memorial. She was patient, kind, understanding, considerate and so very helpful. My moms favourite colour was red, so she helped put together decor that mom would’ve been so proud of. Our family and all loved friends absolutely loved the decor. Her prices were great and all items we ready when promised. She even made herself available so I could drop off at my convenience because I work days. If I could give more stars, I would.

This company should NOT be used for a special event. I rented from them, spent hundreds of dollars, and when I received the items they were in AWFUL condition. The white chairs were yellow and brown and had chunks missing out of them. Not just a few of them, but ALL of them were in awful condition. The company's remark when I asked why they were so grungy we aren't going to spend time to clean them
