The food is good, but this location should REALLY pay attention to staff members they hire (I have been there a few times with my family). Most of the employees are courteous, but a few are rude and impatient, making the simple task of ordering burgers at the countertop a traumatic experience. This is the only A&W in town and I'll probably be back, but customer service is VERY important and rude staff will eventually render this business a law suit.

This is one of the restaurants that should self serve kiosks. Perhaps then every request for my order wouldn't be ignored if people spent more time making food rather than dismissing customer requests.Only got 2 stars because the food tastes ok

These people gouge you if you order a 5 oz Patti. They are over $1:50 more on a $3 item . Go to Black Diamond or Alderside A&W they are honest

Foods good but the service is terrible. They should really look into the woman who worked the night shift last night, not very friendly and rushing us through the drive through. bad experience overall

Hadn't eaten here in years and loved it as much as when I was a kid. Incomparable root beer still served in chilled mugs (!) Commitment to sustainability and responsibly sourced food (e.g., beef raised without hormones or antibiotics) is new since I remember and appears to be genuine. My whole meal (beyond meat burger, excellent fries, root beer) was very enjoyable. Would have appreciated gluten-free bun for my dad, though, which they didn't have but should. Many other quick-serve restaurants are accommodating gluten-sensitive customers now. No one really wants a burger wrapped in lettuce

Just pure confusion, on there part. Had to pay for a coffee even though I got a meal. Didn't inform of the smoothie machine not working. Did not give me full refund gave me refund for small drink. Didn't want to be Karen in store in with my kids behind me. Denny's next time....

Staff was awesome. Really busy. One or two customers weren't so nice. Got mad over a few little things. The staff was working hard , very friendly. The food quality was great. Keep up the great job to all the staff.

Me and my co worker went to A&W after work one night. I was craving a root beer milkshake/float. So we went to A&W drive thru. I said to the lady “Hi! I’d like a root beer milkshake please” then she repeats “Rootbeer Milkshake” to me then we get to the window and I get a regular soda rootbeer. Then I make a mention of it to staff and they disagreed and argued that I ordered a rootbeer and they never said they had a milkshake.
