Foote's Heating Systems

He replaced our AC this past summer and fixed our furnace for us this past week. Haven't had any issues. Prices are good, response time is great. So happy to have found Foote's Heating. The other company we were using charged outrageous prices and their tech couldn't even answer our questions. We will continue to call here when needed.

Beware! This guy is bad news. Everybody should be very careful when dealing with him. He does an incompetent job and then disappears.We hired Dean Foote to install a new air conditioning system in our home. Afterwards, we struggled for 2 summers to cool our home and then discovered that the unit he installed was 1/2 the size it should have been. Through the process of trying to get our home cool, we reached out to Dean on many, many occasions. His responses took weeks or months and he eventually just never got back to our emails or voicemails. When we finally reached out to a company with a great reputation, they quickly discovered the system was completely the wrong size and this was confirmed by the AC Unit manufacturer and one other reputable company. The new company removed Dean's system, put in the correct sized system and the house is cooled perfectly. We reached out to Dean on many occasions to try to get some of our money back but he refused any communication whatsoever. So, we're out $3,400 + dollars for an AC unit that never worked.Also, I just read his other reviews (I know, a little late!) and it seems one was written by a family member. Another 5 star review was written by somebody that never left a review so who knows who that is. The other is written by somebody who had a similar experience.

Dean was great! My furnace died this year just as the weather was starting to get colder. I called around to get quotes and Dean was a better price and was quick to get it installed. My new furnace is quieter, heats the house more evenly and comes on a lot less. Thanks again!

Dean has got us out of a jam more than once. Recently installed a new furnace and did a excellent clean and professional job. Left the furnace room better than when he found it. I would highly recommend Foote heating to anyone in need of service or install.

Foote’s heating systems completed the install of ductwork, fireplaces , appliances , furnace etc and did an excellent jobDeans attention to detail, willingness to explain the process and knowledge makes him a great choice for this type of project.It is obvious that he takes pride in a job well doneDean’s final price was exactly what he originally quoted and there were no surprises.Dean was referred to me by a friend and I will not hesitate to refer him to others

Dean installed an AC unit for us two summers ago. It has never properly cooled our house. We have since learned from the manufacturer and two other companies that the unit he installed is much too small for our house. He will not honour his satisfaction guarantee and aside from adding coolant to the unit and adding fans in our duct work (which we were charged for in addition to the AC unit) refuses to correct the issue. Prior to this discovery he ignores emails, text and voice mails answering sometimes weeks later. I would not recommend Dean and would strongly advise that you double check any advice he gives on proper equipment size for your home.

I had a problem with my thermostat after I replaced the batteries and nothing was working so I called Dean on a Sunday morning and he came checked out what the problem was and here the service door switch had burnt and was still burning. We almost had a fire because of this switch. Thanks Dean.

Dean goes above and beyond for his customers. He is always available when my furnace needs some help. Very Imfomative and fast yet efficient when doing his work. I appreciate Foote's Heating systems for always providing me with a stress free experience!
