Very rude customer service! The man was being so rude and undusting the material in my face. He did not even apologize.extremely unprofessional! I’ve been going for years but will not return. There are plenty of better dry cleaners in the area.

I just wanted to check the timings and realized I hadn’t written a review. I have taken some very expensive pieces of clothing and had them perfectly altered with intricacy and preciseness. I appreciate the friendliness and candor of the gentleman and his wife. It’s right up my alley. I completely trust them with alterations and laundry items. It’s my go to laundry and alteration place. I highly recommend them

I cannot say enough about this place. Family vibe, you can tell they care about the customers and the customers care about them.Service is top notch and they are very accommodating. Not only do they try their best to fit your request but they also make recommendations on the garments you bring in. I've had pretty specific requests and they executed on them like the champions they are.Even with tight turnaround and high traffic, they always deliver. I highly recommend this place for any alteration you need!

This is by far the best alteration/cleaners place I've seen in Mississauga, I've personally tried a few places but none compare to this place! The level of professionalism and respect they show you in the store is highly appreciated and they truely deserve 10 stars if that was an option. I brought my dress in with very short notice - a few days before new year's Eve - and I needed it for new year's Eve. They were very accommodating and when I needed to communicate with them, they went out of their way to hear back from me even after store hours. The work was perfect and I'm very happy, they'll definitely be seeing me again, and I highly recommend them to anyone with a heart beat.

Very Rude owners! Not quite sure how they have become sooo rude over the past year. This man has no patience and is very arrogant and sarcastic... he is a do as I say type of person and I will not be returning here with my dry cleaning. I witnessed him yelling at a customer over the phone. My family and I have been a customer for a some time now and I will gladly take my garments else where. Hopefully the owner reads this review and will change his behaviour before losing more customers! Peace.

I honestly will never take my clothes anywhere else for dry cleaning or tailoring. Adam really puts his heart and sole into his work. I asked for a very last minute job and they were able to get the job done for me, even though it meant staying late after closing. This business is an example of an independent owner whose passion is exemplified in his work. We don’t have many of these businesses left!

I have been a customer of The Chase Cleaners for several years now, i have never been disappointed i bring all my cleaning there but most of all my alterations and i bring lots there, I have NEVER had any issues, Adam and his wife are very professional and courteous in all they do. Today i picked up my husbands Chicago Bulls jacket which was in desperate need of repair it was torn in the back and on the side ( I personally would have thrown it out) but my husband wanted to hold onto it, i was shocked when i saw it, it looked bran new amazing!!! Adam is a true genius he can fix anything. Thank you both for the amazing service you have given me over the years I give you guys a 5+ and i love you both. See you soon!!!

I needed last minute alterations on Saturday morning and ready by 1pm for a special event. They were super nice and very understanding. Not only were they able to help me last minute but they also did an amazing job. And my skirt looked and fitted perfectly. Thank you so much again... For sure a returning customer

Have had many clothes dry cleaned here as well as altered.Had my Pakistani wedding dress altered from Adam 7 years ago and was so pleased with how it fit me like a glove. Seamless work.Myself and several members of my family had our outfits altered from him this summer for my brothers wedding as well. Great job as always.Clean work and such polite and caring people. Definitely recommend
