We worked with Alice on creating a kitchen design suitable for a rental unit. I appreciated Alice's professional approach to this project, her availability to answer questions and her accomodating attitude as we made multiple requests for revisions. The other people in the showroom demonstrated a keen knowledge of their inventory and offered wise advice. The estimate prepared for us represented excellent value. We ended up not choosing KSI for our project due to our own deadlines.

Kenny from KSI had an initial meeting with us and provided us with a initial quote. Kenny was very professional and courteous. In the end we chose to go with a different provider which had the product that we wanted. Kenny was kind during the entire process.

We met with Kenny C today for the planning of our kitchen. He took his time to review the changes he recommended but also listened to what we envisioned. Although most would push to follow their plan, Kenny remained open, receptive, provided contruct feedback rather than a total shutdown of ideas, and most of all flexible to align with our vision.This review we will be updated once we have the finished product which we can't wait to see!

Ksi made my wood kitchen few years ago. Very good quality and competitive price. I had issue with the warranty and after 1 year and a half was resolve very quickly by Ted the owner.I would like to thank him to take care of the issue.

I just placed order with KSI and my installation date is in Sep 2019. However, I would like to give a review first because of their exceptional service. My designer is Ruby and she is fantastic. she is very knowledgeable and understand my needs and tried her best to assist all my weird weird demands. She gave me many valuable advice.the price is very competitive. Much cheaper than many companies in the market and it is REAL WOODS cabinets, not MDF.So happy that I found this company and great pleasure to work with Ruby.

Very disappointed, would never use them again. I used KSI because the house I bought had used them for the kitchen. I wanted to add a pantry, the installation was a nightmare. The guy showed up alone and asked for help with the heavy box. What would have happened if my husband had not been home? The box was super heavy. The installer started work barefoot, talk about security!!! He had a major issue with the vent under the pantry, which I had mentioned when I ordered the pantry. The handles were not the same as the rest of the kitchen. Finally it took over 2 weeks to install one poor pantry cabinet. Not professional at all!!
