Decent quiet place, clean. Not suffered any crime yet. Maybe a dog scratching my car. Maybe the rent should be reduced. Turnover is a lot. Gotta cost for that, vacancy cost to rent and empty units. Perhaps it's better to keep decent people in the place. Had 6 turnovers on 6 units on my side of the hall in 18 months. That's not normal.

Property managers are really disorganized and can't even plan a viewing properly. I can't imagine they'd be able to run the building any better.

Horribly unsafe Apartment Building located in Red Deer. Weekly Break Ins, No Security Cameras, Mail is refused here due to Canada Post deeming it to be too unsafe for their employees and too much mail theft, Very few people consider it to be a safe place to live, but with rent being cheaper, people get sucked in and find it too hard to find other accommodations for around the same price... And that's the only reason that tenants continue to live here, most searching daily (unsuccessfully) for new accommodations!
